drinks were fine didn't see a national park though

Convenient for the party I was attending nearby. Left my bag in the afternoon, returned to bed before closing. Comfortable Bed and bathroom, all I needed.

Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant pub with rooms with a newly refurbished beer garden and near but not overlooking the river and within walking distance of Kempton Races (30 minutes level walk) and with local restaurants nearby. Please note, contrary to the listing, there is no car park and parking may be tricky.

Such a special stay at the end of a long trip

We had such a pleasant stay at the flower pot! A lovely atmosphere and the rooms are so clean, fresh and homely. Lovely location to. Stayed once before and had food which is fab x

Excellent service at this little place. Staff stayed on late to let us in after a festival. Room clean, comfortable and well decorated. Coffee machine a massive bonus. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended

Nice little hotel with amazing food. Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.

Staff were very polite and helpful both in the hotel and restaurant. Our room was ok, stains on the headboard and carpet. Lampshades cracked and peeling, the bed was very soft. Bathroom was adequate and plenty of hot water. Some TLC to these rooms and this place would be amazing. Saying that we would stay again

It was a very cute place, however is run by a corporation. When we arrived we could not carry my husbands electric scooter up the stairs. Folded it only weighs 45 lbs. the staff said they would store in the kitchen. We had 2 ngts there. On leaving day, Uber ordered, staff couldn’t find the scooter. They had stored in a shed area attached to hotel. We found our luggage tag for airline, but somebody stole it. To me the hotel should cover under there insurance since we put in there care/they feel it is under us. It cost 2k. Police report done, but not sure what will happen. The staff was apologetic, but we are still out a scooter.

Our stay was very good the location of the hotel was excellent, friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, i would certainly recommend the hotel.

Fabulous place to eat and stay. Brilliant staff , friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning. Room 8 is quirky and comfortable.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, adequate and warm. There was live music on the evening we stayed, dining would have been unpleasant, had to go out to find somewhere to eat. The parking was not adequate and difficult to find, there was no car park as advertised.

This was not my first stay, but it will be my last. My first time was a bit last-minute, so the only room available was a small one with 2 twin beds. On that trip, the comfy beds were the highlight of the room. This time around, we pre-planned and had a lovely large room reserved - with a truly horrendous bed which was low to the ground and then had a terrible sag (dent?) to the point I was using pillows to prop myself into a horizontal shape each night for sleeping. All rooms have too much fabric (upholstered nightstands, fabric headboards and the carpets everywhere)- all of which was dirty and stained, in need of major cleaning or replacement. The location is ideal for visiting our family, and the pub/staff is very charming, but I will have to book elsewhere for my future visits. My back simply can't take the awful beds, and my sensibilities can't handle the stains. No aircon (not a surprise), but while they do provide a fan, it was not doing much and could be much more powerful to offset the stuffy temps during a heat wave. To end on a positive note, the included breakfast is quite nice; Isabelle the server is a delight to see in the morning; and the pub has a generally pleasant atmosphere with an impressive menu.

Very good value for money,The breakfasts were 1st class and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and importantly the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

The Flowerpot is a charming trad English pub with 8 Guest rooms.It has charactor,staff are welcoming,lovely cooked breakfast,excellent evening menu Highly recommended

Quaint and the hospitality was great. Very welcoming and accommodating.
