The room door would not open all the way and the bathroom door would not close. They need a grab bar at the end of the tub to reduce the risk of injury when getting out of the shower (tub had high sides and the bottom was a few inches higher than the floor). Curtains would have been a nice addition given that the blinds did not provide full privacy from the people who i could see walking past my window. A bin in the bathroom would have been nice as would some kind of doormat so i didnt track in muck from outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

This has to be one of worst hotels in the world! First impressions when you arrive say it all! Never ever again! And it just gets worse when you get to your room!

Suitable for a overnight stay or weekend visit to see family who live in Birmingham.

Room dirty, staff rude,,not professional, wc very dirty, bed, towels , walls, floor very very dirty . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Quiet and overall ok, bit a bit run down unfortunately

Blinds don’t cover window so no privacy. TV vey small and old. very scruffy surroundings, old static in car park and scrap vehicles.

It's little more than a doss house. Broken down cars outside. Cladding boards falling off. Dangerous electrics hanging down. "Curtains" with no privacy. Dead insects in room. Staff smoking at reception.

Peaceful part of redditch

The welcome by the staff on Sunday was brilliant. Very relaxed. Dealt with my ground floor room requirement without a fuss. I'll be staying again when working in the area. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Good place to stay

Stayed at this hotel last year for £40. It was worth £40. This year it was £80 but still only worth £40. Outdated. It is not a hotel it is a motel as the room door goes to the outside. The door doesn't shut properly. There are no curtains only vertical blinds that don't shut out the light (street lights glaring in) TV remote didn't work. Very small TV. Heating didn't work. Felt dirty. Felt unsafe. Staff were rude ignorant. Barking dogs. If it had been £40 would have put up with it. Can get far better for £80. Stay clear unless desperate.

The worst place I ever stayed at dirty was an understatement I had to leave the hotel as I was physically sick urine everywhere bed sheets got blood on. Poo in the toilet never ever again

Restaurant facilities were not clear to find out so was not able to obtain breakfast there.

It was a pleasant enough carpeted room and facilities were ok. Bath could have been cleaner (hairs in plug hole) but for one night was ok.

For the price of the hotel room it was far better than i thought it would be have been in other hotels who charge twice the amount and dont match this hotel.staff are great any problems they are right on it straight away to make sure all is ok
