The bed was way too soft it gave me a back and neck ache. The room was also so small I could not open my carry on luggage.

The hotel was excellent, the room was queit small but clean. The hotel's restaurant was very good and the atmosphere was amazing. It is located in apretty good location not far from Covent garden and rigjt next to Hoborn underground station.

Staff were amazing, friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Cool hotel in a great spot.

Very good location for first time in London. Close to Holborn tube, walking distance to most things- covent, Piccadilly, west end etc. Rooms are small but we expected that but we rented a slightly larger room. Washroom and bedding, very clean but the rug is a bit dirty. Our washroom door has frosted/reed glass which sort of gives some privacy…. Would be nice to have some better covering for full privacy. Basic amenities available. Daily cleaning on request. Front desk friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because our window basically looks at the side of the building 8 feet away….. would stay again but would see if we can get a room with a better window next time for the rate.

Loved the hotel but the lobby was open to the public and packed at all times. Impossible to get a spot. Also, clear glass bathroom doors was a bad design idea. Otherwise, place was great, clean, great location, excellent staff.

Great hotel in a great location

Great location and quite the happening spot for coffee and cocktails. Walkable to so much and also to several tube stations. Great shower!!!! One thing I missed is a robe in the closet. Housekeeping was available by request.

Staff are very helpful and did a great job as concierge. They got me tickets to the show and they help me arrange a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. Special thanks to Nicole

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and I had no issues at all. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe, especially with the café. Plus, it’s centrally located—just a block away from the main train station. Overall, it was comfortable, and I’d absolutely recommend it!

Well located, clean and modern accommodation with excellent cafe and restaurant.

As an American tourist I wanted to stay at a hotel that would hold my luggage for me before check in and with 24 hr staff for assistance. The staff was very friendly and gave us some suggestions of places to eat and have coffee while we waited. The comfy room was SNUG but it had all of the amenities I needed. I wish the room had more accessible outlets. There was one on one side of the bed but not the other. We accidentally overloaded the circuit in our bedroom because of it by using a power strip from the single outlet and it shut down all of the power to the outlet and TV. The staff was quick to come up to take a look and fix the issue. They let us borrow their adapter. I did make use of the water provided at the front desk. The lobby seems to be a hang out place for studying and free wifi. There was an instance where sat down in the lobby momentarily just to figure out my destination and the staff immediately poured me some water. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Centrally located and a safe, clean, and comfortable space to come back to after busy days exploring London. The lobby is quite busy with folks working and enjoying the space, but never found it hard to grab a seat and a coffee before heading out for the day. Would stay here again.
