They gave me a room with no windows and no signal. Considering the what I paid! More than disappointed

It’s poor room with no network and cooler or fan And have to say this your reception staff is i feel arrogant and not customer friendly…. They even dont facing. Sorry to say this

Rooms are a bit tired, room was also very hot, had a fan, but didnt make much of a differcne, so sleep was hard having to either be really hot with fan off, or cooler but fan noise.

They stay at the hotel was good but the fact that they don’t clean constantly is a little irritating but understandable for the price and it is in a great location

Hotel looked really good on arrival. Receptionists didn’t even make eye contact. Issued us with key card room 133 and said hope your standard room is okay??? Room was less than standard. Bed near the window really old. I didn’t sleep at all as I could feel the springs. the sink was blocked and took ages to drain. No air conditioning only a fan. This room really needs updating. I was really disappointed

For London, it’s very cheap, and convenient to the DLR and the Tube. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, but there was some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. A lick of pain would get it an extra star.

A great value hotel for a quick stop over. Rooms were well prepared and had toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. They use wooden stirrers which are insufficient when making tea and something else to be recycled I am a firm believer in teaspoons and washing them. I had an iron, kettle and fan but no accessible socket to use iron or fan. Not sure why but the plumbing system was incredibly noisy not just when flushing the toilet but when running the tap or showering. Not great for my neighbours at 7am on a Sunday The beds were super comfy and plenty of pillows and additional blankets perfect if like me you are solo travelling for one evening.

Ive never stayed in a " Windowless room it was OK Room & Bathroom Good sizes,Clean & Nice Side Tables/ main table with tea/ Coffee making facilities were ready for the scrap heap(I do NOT exaggerate,wardrobe was from the 70s. The bed was definitely NOT a hotel quality mattress ,really quite hard,i did not sleep well that night. The duvet was quite thin For an overnight stay it was adequate!!! Would i stay there again,who knows if the price is right, I got a very good deal:-)on this occassion Who Knows???? Room was a goo

Terrible hotel. Too many negatives to list them all but I’ll give the main ones. I tried to check in a little early understanding most hotels have limited early check in, but here they charge 10£ per hour for every hour early you are even if the room is available. There are 2 restaurants in the lobby but they don’t open until dinner. There is no breakfast or lunch here. Our room had no thermostat so we couldn’t control the temperature. After I inquired they said they’d bring a mobile heater but then didn’t until we asked again. We stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. Not once!! They said they only clean rooms every 3 nights but didn’t clean ours even after 4, not even kidding. The front desk staff is rude and when you ask for something they treat you like you are an inconvenience. There was no small refrigerator or microwave in the room, and we were in an upgraded suite. The area is in the financial district so nothing to do close by, and even though most attractions are only about 7 miles away, this means an hour and 40 minute Uber in London traffic. This hotel looks pretty and has a beautiful lobby but literally everything else here is horrible! Spend the extra money to get a real hotel closer to attractions.
