The Lawns is a wonderful B&B. Our host Simon went above and beyond to make our experience the best possible. Was there if we needed anything. Left feeling like we were leaving a family member behind.

Very friendly and helpful host, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. The only criticism was the shower - because of the design it was very difficult not to get a very wet bathroom floor ( though it was a good hot shower). Excellent breakfast with good choice and a full English breakfast freshly cooked if wanted.

Set up is great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Breakfast was great. It’s advertised here as having a spa but pretty sure there isn’t one. There was no signs of one.

Nice place and very clean and the host Carlos was amazing and a good cook. Breakfast was 👌. The only let down was there was a light in my room as you come three door when you turn it of it goes green so couldn’t have my room in total darkness ☹️ and also advertises as spa. THERE IS NO SPA.it was only reason for our booking there
