A brilliant find for an overnight stay in Brighton.

Nice room with great location. Owner reponded quickly and was very helpful.

Great location...cool pad

We had a lovely time - the owners answered any questions perfectly and clearly. It was well located and very comfortable and clean. Only slightly annoying thing was that the bath/shower didn't really heat up as much as we would have liked. But not a deal breaker! There was also a slight lip stain on one of the glasses, but easily cleanable! Overall, very happy and we would happily stay again

Received simple & easy check-in instructions via email which was great. Location was very good for visiting the sea front & pier. Convenience store practically next door which was very handy. Unfortunately, what let this property down was the CLEANLINESS. The apartment was VERY unclean. The floor didn't appear to have been mopped and very sticky in kitchen area. The glasses in cupboard were dirty, some had spoiled milk in the bottom. The bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste & tartar. The whole place was a bit run down compared to the pictures, however this wasn't an issue if the place had just been clean! The bedding had been changed, albeit the mattress itself was very stained & the pillows very old and flat. The toilet had been cleaned too prior to arrival. This seemed to be the extent of the cleaning process from what I could tell, as if it had been done in a rush. The place would benefit from a deep clean and a review of current practices. The tv remote was borderline a health hazard & the place was also lacking in some basic amenities like no bags in any of the waste bins. In general, it wasn't unlike staying over at a uni student's flat. Which is fine, when you aren't paying hotel prices for it.

Great apartment good location.

Situé dans une rue populaire avec beaucoup d'opportunités de restauration, l'appartement et joli et bien décoré. Plus important : un parking relativement bon marché à l'arrière. De là, on peut se promener à pied dans la ville. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires !

We were there with two small children and it was just enough space. Good location, clean place and the hosts were responsive and helpful, setting up the sofa bed for us. Its at the back of the property so nice and quiet

The location was very good and close to all the major attractions and sights, we travelled as a family of 4 and managed to walk to all our destination spots without having to catch any taxis. The property itself had a bit of an issue with hot water as once you had 1 shower the second person would have to wait quite a bit until the water would heat up again. No bin the bathroom and giving that there is no housekeeping this becomes an issue when you’re trying to keep everything clean. The sofa bed was sadly a no from me, given the price paid per night this definitely needs replacing to ensure a good nights sleep. We booked a 1 bedroom studio instead of a hotel room thinking there would be some privacy once the kids went to bed in order to watch some tv and have some downtime, however there is no blind or curtain on the doors of the bedroom area meaning that all the light travels in (there is a blind on the opposite side). 1 other downside which we were made aware of but you only feel it when you get there was that there is a set of stairs and no lift which can get tiring. Cleanliness I would have to give a low score, there were hairs and crumbs left in the kite in drawers and there was no hand towels provided either. Despite all the above the decor was nice, communication with Charlotte was great and the location was top. All In all an expensive stay with some work to be done

Easy access, 1st floor apartment. All amenities as expected. Clean. Within 5 mins walk from the pier. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. I stayed with my three young children 8, 6 and 4. They all enjoyed it, and it was big enough for us.

Good location, close to Brighton Pier and many local restaurants around. The bed was a bit on the hard side, the futon was good enough for a child and the flat was a good size for a family of 3. It was quiet inside the flat as it doesn’t face the main street and it is very cute inside. The host informed us when the flat was ready as it was prior to check-in hours, this was appreciated. Some shampoo in the bathroom would have been a plus, but there were planty of shops around to buy some. Thank you for the stay !

A great place to stay whilst exploring Brighton. Perfect for a family of 4.

Property is in a brilliant location and (as you can see from the pix) the interior design is cool. The pictures and the price (and the other reviews) led me to expect something really special - which unfortunately it wasn't. The pictures exaggerate the size and light in the flat and the fact that the main windows open out onto a seagull and seagull poo covered flat roof meant we weren't inclined to open the shutters anyway. The skylight was covered in ... botanical curiosities. Everything inside the apartment was fairly clean but the hallway needed a quick sweep and a little maintenance. The bed sofa was very uncomfortable and there was also something funny about bedside tables/ lights/ charging in the bedroom - but I can't recall what. Overall I felt rather disappointed. We compared our flat with others travelling with us and, annoyingly, they'd found significantly better deals, in nicer flats in comparable locations. We also tacked an additional night onto our stay in Brighton and booked into a hotel nearby: this only served to highlight our frustration that we'd paid so much (over £200/night) for this very average apartment.

I loved the ease of getting into the property. It’s was absolutely great I was able to get into the rental earlier then I expected. Check out was a breeze as well. The location is like being in the west Village in Manhattan. So much fun great people, lots of pubs, restaurants, shops, & markets. The building lobby needs to be sweeper, and mopped. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. My daughters body ache after sleeping of it for 3 nights. The bathroom needs a garbage bin, and a shelf to put a few things on. Overall the rental was great we will definitely be back thx.

A stylish apartment well located. With a few extra touches it could have been perfect. Eg a side table or coffee table in the lounge area, an extension lead to allow for plug in of chargers. And some more glasses mugs etc.
