The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless. Staff Were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rebook next time we are in Skegness

We were in a very small room, ok for one night I guess. There was a mix of different furniture but clean and usable. a sliding door lead to a very small toilet and shower area, which we thought could do with decorating. It was very clean although the flooring could do with replacing and also the shower tray needed replacing.we had no shower gel, so take your own. The windows outside needed a good clean. Everything was dust free and the linen fresh. Paid extra for breakfast which was made ready at a set time. It was ok . Self service for drinks .

The room was big, bed was not comfy and it smelt funny

It was clean enough, but some wallpaper coming away from the wall no towel rails and tv was so small i couldn't watch it old lcd tv so when you lay on the bed you can’t see the picture very well

Me and my daughter love it so much and thank you so much for letting us stay for the weekend

Room was terrible Bed was uncomfortable, shower was freezing cold unable to use. Kettle we couldn’t fill up and it was dirty and limescale was floating around. Pillows hard and lumpy. Litter left under unit and tea stains on window ledge. Breakfast was lovely disappointed there was no orange juice.

Lovely hosts, great service and a good breakfast. Location good and close to everything. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Would recommend.

The property was clean,well kept,spacious & I will happily stay there again.

Beds were clean and very comfortable. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. Easy to get parked. The cost is very much on par with what you get. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads that’s not too far from the town centre (8 minute walk). Would stay here again. Thanks very much :)

Poor customer service we wanted to order breakfast there was a bell to ring for attention. We rang it twice waited between 15-20 minutes no one came. We stay in skegness quite a lot one of the worst hotels that we've stayed in

A decent week in a very hot Skegness, in a room that got the sun all afternoon. The shower was no bigger then a Phone Box & being a big Northern Lad found it a tight squeez.

Stay elsewhere. Broken bed and no refund offered for a sleepless night. Terrible customer service.

I was really impressed with my room. It was also very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant upon arrival and also when i departed. Only negative feedback i give is i don't think they should charge customers for wanting to leave their luggage on day of departure. Customers who don't drive will more than likely want to leave luggage somewhere safe but i feel like this service should be free.
