Staff, room comfort

Easy check in , friendly staff, easy free parking, nice big room with comfortable clean bed, nice hot shower, breakfast good, Bit of noise from road and airport but that settled down , very good value

Hotel okay, a little outdated but staff friendly enough. Breakfast not necessarily as described (mushrooms weren't sautéed, for example).

Breakfast was lovely and served up quickly. Room was clean and warm. Would stay there again

The hotel is very conveniently situated for visits to Norwich City, Wroxham and the Broads and the beautiful coast line. I chose this

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was great, so was the bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. My only negative was that I would like to have eaten in the evening but the menu was very limited.

Very clean hotel with free parking and very nice breakfast.

Parking in a safe area, room was spotless. Don't get me started on the staff...they were some of the most welcoming we have ever come across.

Best aspect of this hotel was staff. They were very helpful & friendly. Hotel is quite dated but pleasant & very clean. We went back a second night.

I couldn’t fault the service nor the food or drinks. They were definitely what made the experience more comfortable than not however when I stay in hotels I tend to look at the bathroom for the most details. The only issue I found was the shower units not being tall enough and the fact that the water run out the shower effortlessly. Other than that, I can’t fault it any other way and would happily stay there for another night or two.

Lovely setting, excellent breakfast,lovely friendly staff. Only disappointment, booked as had a pool arrived to find it was closed,wish it had said in details .

Second time staying, a beautiful place tucked away just outside Norwich. Staff very friendly, my room in the cottage was lovely. Breakfast was ok, with a small choice but was adequate. You can go for a walk near the hotel but it is a very busy road with no pavements so take care.

Every aspect from the staff, to the food, to the added extra of the outdoor pool were fantastic! The hotel is on a busy road, so we thought perhaps the noise would cause an issue but we couldn’t hear it from our room. It’s an absolute little gem and we will happily return.

Superb hotel, friendly staff. Lovely heated pool. Lovely bedrooms, albeit dated but very comfortable bed and good night's sleep. Could upgrade tv. Wonderful food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in August, the room was lovely and comfortable and they were able to accommodate our 2 children on Z-Beds in the same room- this was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, lovely ladies serving the breakfast too. The swimming pool is such a lovely addition, heated to a nice temperature. We will definitely be coming back!
