整體尚算唔錯，或許入住的時候是週末，早晨的選擇比較少，環境清淨，附近也有餐廳，離市中心不遠。

Blinds were broken and let too much light in at just after 7. I was in a night out and managed to get 3 hours sleep

Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, and although there was no children's menu, they were very accommodating with my daughter to make her a half portion of a main. The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.

A short 15 minute walk from Bournemouth railway station in what appeared to be a quiet location. Bournemouth town centre is also a short walk. The room was clean and I was able to get two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Check in was good, quick and efficient. I did not have breakfast nor did I go to the bar so I can't pass comment. If I stay over in Bournemouth again this hotel is certainly one that I would revisit.

It started of bad with a family room with 12C and clearly not been cleaned for some time as we were of season. The receptionist took action and gave us two new rooms spite having paid only for one. Great breakfast. The hotel rooms in general should be pimped…its time for some renewal ;)

Great reception, staff very friendly. Room well appointed and clean. Great value.. Restaurant was a bit strange in the evening. No Starters available, and had to send the main back as cold, but the waiter couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great through.

We had to move rooms at midnight due to no power in sockets and got a poor room instead and no discount offered at

Staff were really friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a comfortable stay. It’s a nice hotel, and while hotels in Bournemouth do struggle with upkeep, it’s clear the Orchid really try. It was a little chilly, but they did provide a heater and the important parts such as the clean sheets, big fresh towels and a clean modern bathroom were all immaculate. Breakfast was good and having a nice bar on site to relax was a great addition!

Parking was a breeze. Lovely hotel. Looking forward to our next stay

Personnel sympathique et très efficace (spécialement la manager) qui permet de compenser les nombreux manquements. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4* : pas assez tôt et pas à l'heure, pas de jus de fruits frais, pas de pain frais (uniquement pains en tranches), choix de produits restreint .Pas de notice d'information dans les chambres (comment joindre la réception, room service ...).Musique du bar trop forte en journée (la chambre se situait au dessus). Bien que rénové l'hôtel a un aspect general (extérieur et intérieur) vieillot et mal entretenu.

The room was grubby and the beds were uncomfortable. Mouldy bathtub, bad cleaning job all round, stains on lampshades, floor and chairs. The child’s bed was not possible to sleep in as it was all springs poking through. Needed a duvet to make it suitable. Dinner was, surprisingly, outstanding and waiter in restaurant saved the day.

Average stay. Apart from being in a room next to a walkway door thats slams everytime someone walks through which constantly kept waking me up every few hours and at times was so loud it can feel like someone is entering my room.

We loved our stay here the staff were amazing especially David ! Thank you for a wonderful few days

Lovely location and hotel! Clean throughout and friendly and helpful staff. The only down side I would say is the mattress was a bit on the solid side for my partner and I. Apart from that, it was a perfect place to stay!

Website stated water bottles provided, so didnt bring water. I asked where the water was and got told we dont do that. Lift "out of order" saw staff using though. Air con broken dirty stained carpets far from happy

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and clean comfortable room

Cob webs on the walls. Small room with the air con not working. 3 of us one being a baby squeezed into a tiny room no offer of a crib as it wouldn’t fit. Lift not working. No offer of assistance with luggage and push chair. £15 for parking even though it’s their car park. Young girl working resturant and bar was polite and the location is 5 minutes from beach. I’d never stay here again.

We had a really good evening meal there,with a very helpful member of staff.
