Very well equipped room although tv was hard to use. Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff were helpful and friendly

Staff were so friendly. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious and good value for money. My bedroom was comfortable and the minibar was fully stocked - one of the best I've ever seen.

Television did not work. Had to walk to the office 4 times during our stay (no telephones in the room) to have a staff member come to our room to get the tv working. Instead of fixing the problem properly they tried an ad hoc solution each time. Not once did anyone apologize. Abysmal customer service.

Hotel is 5 mins from Teddington station and conveniently located for the high street and all local amenities

The place is beautiful, but a bit strange. No proper instructions or welcome at check in. Room was really warm, the heating unit is right above the bed, fire alarm went off twice during the night and early morning. Hence wasn't the most comfortable stay. Breakfast options were also very limited. However the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated.

Room was warm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Food Breakfest and evening meal was of a very good quality.

Excellent renovation to rooms and spotless bathroom. Really good stay and will continue to use as my regular place to stay when visiting Teddington.

The Park is a well lauded establishment in Teddington. It beats its neighbour the Travel Lodge in some respects for accommodation. The room here was well appointed and beautiful shower room tiles. The French chap on reception was exceptionally professional, kind and helpful. The drawbacks of the place were a) there were people outside of the annex talking and you heard it very easily. No sound proofing. b) the bed was very hard mattress, a lot of hotels have topper that keeps it orthopedic but not so hard, c) the place is quite dark, ie not enough natural light or lighting overall. Thus 4/5 stars.

Clean roof freindly staff and perfect for Bushy Park

Just had a great stay at The Park hotel, great location for everything we needed in this part of London! The room was lovely, very well equipped with some quirky features and opulent decoration. Even though it faced the road it was very quiet and we really didn't hear much at all. We did have challenge with the plug for the bath but it was resolved by the helpful team. The food was excellent each time we ate in the restaurant whether for breakfast or dinner as was the service. It's hard to find a good, value for money hotel in London nowadays but The Park shows that it is still possible!

The Park is a lovely place to stay and in a great location. It was very clean and the staff was kind and accommodating. The pub itself is lively and inviting. Also, everything was sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and a nice, well maintained room. Food is good too

Room had terrible smell (drains) but because I arrived at 11 pm was too tired to complain. Did mention it in morning. Also, my room was in older part of hotel and compared to the newer extension it was very cramped, too much furniture. I also found it noisy compared to modern extension. Would not stay in that part of the hotel again. Disappointing after so many other satisfactory stays.
