I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It definitely caters to a certain type of person...one who likes super modern decor and a "diner" feel. Honestly, it had everything one could ask for and at a very good price. The owner is really attentive and he has quite a car collection...for those who like old time Morgan Stanleys!

Funky place nice people

Interesting place to stay, with ‘Diner style’ breakfast room, nice rooms all in keeping with the theme! The most important thing, we got a great nights sleep every night for the three nights we stayed. Thank you and we will be back.

Det var et dejligt sted. Det enste jeg kan sætte en finger på var at det var gadiner der skulle trækkes for når man skulle på wc og ingen dør. Men det er også det eneste servicen var god stedet ligger rigtigt hyggeligt og der er flotte biler. Jeg kunne helt sikkert godt finde på at overnatte der igen.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Frühstück läuft unter dem Motto „Help your Self“. Bei der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche ein Vergnügen. Die Auswahl der Zutaten könnte etwas vielfältiger sein. Aber alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Personal und Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. 👍

Very individual and stylish place to stay. Everything has been thought of. Shower in Areo room not the best but everything else perfect and well worth the price. Thanks to Mervyn and Sindy for a very comfortable stay.

Melvyn was very accommodating upon arrival and nothing was too much trouble, the room was clean and well equipped including a desktop in the room. The American style dinner was great and well equipped if you wanted to cook yourselves.

Very nice unique experience with a more like home from home feel than a soulless hotel chain encounter.

The PitStop ist ein sehr außergewöhnliches B&B. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und individuell. Alles ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und der Service bestens. Besonders interessant für Autofans und insbesondere Fans der englischen Marke Morgan. Der Betreiber des PitStop ist gleichzeitig Morgan Händler und Restaurator alter Morgan Fahrzeuge.

The hotel is quirky, interesting and the DIY element of meals lends itself perfectly to a group meeting up. We had a wedding and Sunday breakfast was perfect, friendly owners and diner is impressive. Rooms were interesting, clean and very well maintained

Quite and old fashioned looking place but this was a good thing because we enjoyed the quiet area and the quaint atmosphere to the hotel. The shower was great and they provided free snacks and free bottled water which we liked. Overall I would reccomend staying at the Pitstop!

Loved the Pit Stop! Booked it for one night due to it's nearness to Stanstead Airport and so my husband could check out the Morgan cars in the Museum. Beautiful rooms and wonderful 50s diner stocked with everything you would want for a wonderful breakfast. Melvyn and Sindy have thought of everything and we would definitely stay again.

This has to be experienced! What a stunning set-up and I will certainly return if I am in the area again. Congratulations to the owners you have done this establishment just right.

Rooms and kitchen all done to a very high standard yes u had to do your own breakfast but it was worth it to stay on such a well looked after b&b
