I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials.

one of the worst customer service experience, high cost of parking is killing our urge to stay there again..

We received a very warm from the team at the post box, really helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was ideally located with a 5-10 min walk max before you were at the bull ring. Great stay and would stay again

Lovely place to stay, was very quiet and location was ideal. Secured car park was a bonus. Would definitely ask for more tea bags and milk as we have a 2-night stay. Staff were super friendly on Reception and very helpful! The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious enough. I had a great weekend there! Would only say more teabags haha and perhaps more modern tv settings so can have Netflix etc!

Great location within walking distance of train and bus transport network, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Apartment great, very comfortable and clean. Prior information about car parking would have been helpful but they were very flexible with check in and check out which was really good. All the kitchen knives were extremely blunt and not very good at all so this could do with updating as nice to be able to cook in.

Really friendly welcome, super clean and presentable flat and very comfortable too. With the underground parking and costs of the stay it was great value indeed

The staff here were extremely warm and welcoming. The accommodation is comfortable and clean with all basic needs catered for. Very convenient for Birmingham centre and only a short walk from New Street station. I would certainly use again.

Bit nosie but in a good location very friendly staff

We stayed in the 2bef apartment which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Finding the entrance and booking in was confusing.

Lovely place, I was only there for 1 night, so didn’t get full use of the apartment. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Amazing stay, felt like I was home away from home. Claire made check in easy and she was so lovely and also the guy who showed me to the apartment. So central as well. Few minutes walk into the city. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were amazing, and stayed over an hour late to let me in and show me around the apartment. Lovely clean, spacious apartment, very quiet, in a very central location.

The whole experience was disappointing The apartment looked nothing like the pictures in the website. Instead of the beautiful oak furniture in the website they had cheap and nasty MFC cupboards and glass and chrome dining table. The kitchen looked like it had seen better days. Carpets were well worn. Bathroom was very basic. Wall pictures were pathetic and nothing like those shown on the website. It was dark and dingy. My wife woke up with rashes from bed bugs. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay there.

Great well equipped apartment in the city centre, nice toiletries and plenty tea coffee Very clean and comfortable, stayed Saturday night and was surprisingly quiet. Would recommend and will return. Staff very friendly and helpful

The property was in an ideal location with a tesco close by, parking facilities, bull ring 14 mins walk away with lots of other restaurants etc close by

the apartment was fine .There was only one set of towels for a three day stay (ie useing the same towel eah day ) .Also on the steps outside there were a number of Homeless people hanging around
