Excellent location for our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious and having secure parking was a bonus. Communication from the host was also excellent.

We had a fantastic two night stay! Suresh was really helpful and sourced an extra highchair for us which was so kind. We got confused how to set the water heater and he was instantly on the phone to sort it out for us in minutes. The property feels reall ly secure, its an amazing location, and you have everything you need there. The super secure parking is a major plus! Only tiny suggestions would be that the bathroom bins come with liners and to provide a few dishwasher tabs as we had to go out to buy both of these. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Appartment great. Common corridor areas (outside of vendor control) a little musty but appartment was not odourous. Well furnished, clean, easy to find, integral parking great. Would use again

The president canceled within less than 24 hours of check in ( we got the call while sitting in an airport in canada). It was said due to damage from another guest. The individual talking to us on behalf of the manager was pleasant and tried to help but very clearly the offerings - while similar in respect to size and locale of our booking was in our opinion lower value. When we asked for one of the two properties we found on line - in a panic before we had no phone access for 12 hours - they said it was over what they would approve ( approx 500 pounds more). Terrible service for less than 24 hours to international travellers - or any travellers.

Lovely place. Very good location within easy walking distance to the city centre. Place was very clean and comminication about the property was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Check-in was more difficult than it needed to be. We had to call someone when we were near to the building, but then told that we weren’t on the side of the building where we would meet or get in the parking structure. Why not list the proper post code and the Commercial Street address for the meeting and parking? Inside the apartment, we found: Mold in the shower. There is no excuse for this in a rental. No mirrors near any outlets in the apartment. So, while you can dry your hair, if you bring your own hair dryer, you can’t see what you are doing. A washing machine with multiple dials and settings, but no directions. The machine ran for at least 2.5 hours. No drying rack for your washed clothes. A heating system that was confusing. The verbal directions given on check in did not work. The heated towel rack in my moldy bathroom did not work. The furniture and mattresses are really cheaply made and not comfortable. There is nothing of quality here. The apartment was quiet. I don’t think there were many people staying in the building. The hallways were stinky with powerful food smells from the cooking of other residents. Some hallways are not lit at all during the early morning hours and lights don’t switch on until you are well down the dark hallway. There is a concierge office with specific hours, but no one there at all times, like in a hotel. In retrospect, I wouldn’t stay here or any other similar place without 24 hour staffing to help with questions, problems or calling

Brilliant location and great having extra space for an extended stay. So convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping. Also free safe parking on site is a bonus.

A very high standard - Home away from home! Just perfect:) Great apartment size, good quality furniture, the most comfortable beds, cosy decor, quiet area amd free parking.

The apartment is in a very central location and walkable to Broad Street, the Mailbox and the local areas to name a few things. The apartment was comfortable, had parking available, large and in a great location. I would stay again.
