A great little stay, friendly staff and bar area, great location for the town centre, for my business trip it was perfectly fine and good value

Great one-night stay at the Queens Head Hotel. Excellent location and convenient parking behind the accommodation (£15 overnight). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious—old but quaint

The hotel could not be better located. In the heart of Stratford, minutes walking from absolutely everything. And what a great room! Luminous, spacious, comfortable bed, very clean cotton linen. There's no front desk, the entrance is through the pub, but who cares? It only adds charm to this nice inn. Highly recommended,

Basic room behind a pub. Nothing fancy. Was great for the one night stay with a comfortable bed and a shower. Location was excellent - just a walk away from key attractions. One nit, the WiFi doesn't reach rooms.

Overall, we were a bit disappointed, but since we were exhausted from our day of travel with no sleep for over 24 hours, and we were only staying one night, it served a purpose. Check-in was simple enough, but our interactions with any staff was only to pay and be handed the key. There was no real effort to make you feel welcome. Room didn’t seem to have been cleaned since the previous guests. Yes, there was fresh bed linen and towels, but the bin hadn’t been emptied and the toilet paper roll was half used with the empty roll still sitting on the toilet tank. One bath towel had brown stains on it. It’s the little things that matter. Probably the most bizarre and annoying thing was the bright green exit sign above the door (with no obvious way to turn it off). It lit up the whole room with an eerie glow all night. On the plus side, the room was relatively quiet and bed was quite comfortable. (But remember, we WERE exhausted, so we probably would have slept well on a bed of nails. All in all, it was okay for a rest stop, but I’d think long and hard before making it your base of operations for a longer visit.

Inn was very well located. I was able to walk to everything. Room was clean and cozy. Steep, narrow stairs were somewhat difficult to navigate for old person with a cane.

there was no WiFi in my room. As i was hoping to work half days this was a very big issue for me. I was told they would fix it but not alternative was offered and it was not resovled before i left. Wifi was available in the pub during pub hours which wasn't when I needed to work and the environemnt was loud, wifi was slow and not conducive to working and no options in the town were offered. Also, many of the menu items in the pub were not available.

The accommodation had everything what I needed. Town centre, but quiet street, very close to the theatre. The room is nice and clean, and again had everything for overnight stay. My window was out to the back, so very quiet. Definitely will use again.

Parking was off site; WiFi was poor; room was jaded but clean and serviceable.breakfast was a full English but there was no orange juice or toast.

Room was newly decorated and clean. Plenty of coffee and tea sachets to go with kettle. Iron and ironing board provided plus toiletries. Old building so for those with mobility issues, would recommend room 7 on ground floor. Personally, myself and my wife had difficulty with uneven staircase, especially with a case. Staff pleasant and food very good.

The room we got was directly over the bar and felt like we had people in our room singing at the tops of their lungs till very late. No mention of this when I booked. Stains on carpet.

We were the only guests in the place. I understand why. Looked like mold in the shower. Awful smell. Big bright green exit sign INSIDE our room. Street level window with a broken lock. Straight curtain on a bow window. A fan that was so filthy it the fan intake was caked with dirt. Etc., etc., etc.

**NO PARKING* *NO PARKING** Very loud music until the pub below closed at 11pm The floor in the bathroom was extremely dirty and the whole bathroom smelled of drains, which seeped into the room. The room was still under construction with bare render on the ceiling, no lampshades. The main door did not lock properly and could be pushed open easily, very unsafe! In need of new pillows and a better detergent, the bedding was smelly. This property does not have parking
