Check in was welcoming, the room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom well equipped. Tea and coffee plentiful. Fridge was a bonus. Received a birthday card and chocolate which was a lovely touch. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you.

Everything was nice from the friendly check in to the check out.
Had to look for the coffee in the room as it was behind a door next to the wardrobe but unlike other places
They don’t skimp on milk etc.
overall a nice stay.

We stay in hotels in Liverpool 3 or 4 times a year and The Resident has become our firm favourite. The rooms are spotless and so comfortable and practical. It's in a great location for both bars, restaurants and shops. But the best part of our stay every time is the staff. They go above and beyond and make our stays extra special.
