This hotel is a characterful gem. Relaxed vibe. The guy running the hotel is very friendly and if you have any issue or request you can whatsapp him rather than going to reception, which I found super convenient. I wish more hotels did that! Tip: Buy bottled water for drinking as hot water mixes in with the cold tap.

Riecht muffig. Abgewohnt. Hellhörig. Man hört alles vom Nebenzimmer. Rezeption unbesetzt. Nie mehr wieder.

Hotel was ok but was not told when we checked in about the noise from neighbouring business dont bother staying there if you want to sleep awake until 4.30.dont mean a little noise i mean sonload and thumbs..horrendous! Looked around for staff no one there last night or this morning number on expedia directed back to website!

The room wasn’t cleaned for our stay at all we was a day without hot water so could not shower breakfast came up cold

Very clean and close to sea front but no free parking but recommended

Excellent service stayed just 1 night and visited the Royal Victoria Pavilion etc

Everything was perfect no faults at all it was so quiet in our room we barely heard the attempted karaoke in the pudding downstairs

Dated property in need of some TLC, but conveniently located.

1 night stay here for a family funeral! Right on the sea front with great views Would recommend

Mattress not comfort

On entering the room the window had been left open so we had to kill about 20 bugs that were in the room.

Really great location, walkable to bars/restaurants/beach etc. No parking so this can be difficult to find for overnight. Rooms were huge, clean, basic. Great view if front facing. Downside for the location was the noise. The bars were noisy until 3am, so wouldnt recommend for a quiet get away. However this didnt bother us too much.

Friendly staff,very convenient location with beautiful views of marina, rooms more spacious than expected.

This Hotel has no Air conditioning even though it states it on Hotels .com. Rooms are clean and it's in a good location.

Very friendly and welcoming, lovely location, right on the seafront. Nice room, just a bit noisy from the pubs/clubs on the same road. Breakfast was really nice, very good value

Great welcome, staff very helpful, room ready early. Room 101 nice view across the harbour very spacious. Bathroom dated but clean and shower was excellent. No mirror near plug socket to dry your hair, however we were loaned a free standing one from reception. Only thing that let this room down was the bed it was uncomfortable and very creaky however the pillows were comfortable and the bed linen spotlessly clean.

The hotel was nice , literally somewhere to put your head down and have a shower , it did everything we wanted . Nice location bang in the middle of bars and shops but parking a pain , there’s a car park by the travel lodge tho

The staff are amazing. If it’s a busy weekend in Ramsgate request a room in the back of the hotel and you won’t even know it’s loud outside.

Got in late 11.30 pm staff very welcoming and the room was fine
