服務很好，早餐水準很好，整體滿意

Great staff, very helpful. We were in room 1 which is a clean modern room. You do hear a little traffic noise but not enough that it's an issue. Just watch you don't rest a bare knee on the heated towel rail when you're sat on the toilet!

Lovely comfortable and central property with excellent hot fresh breakfast and friendly staff. Not suitable for light sleepers as rooms have casement lead windows and no double glazing.

Friendly greeting from the staff, an exceptional room soundproofed so you'd have no idea there was a bar below. Exceptionally presented rooms with handy toiletries and a very decent breakfast. We were very impressed and will book again on our next visit

Great central location. Easy walk to the cathedral and sites, shopping, eating. Super helpful staff. Nice recently remodeled bathroom.

Nice air conditioned room. But right at the top, with some tricky stairs to navigate. Bringing luggage down was done in stages. No hairdryer in the room. Good breakfast with spicy black pudding. 10am checkout time seems harsh.

I walked into the shower door because I thought it was open, it was spotless. The room had a king size bed, quirky furnishing, like a silver monkey holding up the table top. Lots of interesting objects on the landing. We had the de luxe room with a fridge. The pub itself looked smart but we didn't eat there. The outside looks a bit shabby so inside was quite a surprise.

On the Main Street so surrounded by shops. Some traffic noise but didn’t disturb us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Generous portions, very hot and tasty. Would recommend.. Glad of the air con in our room as very hot week. A shelf is needed in the bathroom which is spacious but nowhere to put your toiletries.

The 2 day trip was a birthday present for my partner. She was delighted with the room, the modern shower facilities, the friendly, helpful staff, the excellent food (both evening meal and breakfast) and the location (just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent cathedral).

Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. We ate dinner on Friday nights which was delicious. Excellent breakfast too

Room was super clean and had air conditioning which was a huge relief during a heat wave. Food downstairs was really yummy and the garden was really nice. Easy walk from the train station too. Would recommend this place!

Excellent location for exploring Ely; free public car park adjacent to hotel and everything within 10 minutes walk. Room was comfortable and breakfast delicious.

A good place to stay in Ely. Very central. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked and a wide choice. It was only 5mins wak to the Cathedral and 5mins to the river.

Great place to stay. Right on high street so walkable to shops, restaurants, the river etc. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Could park in car park behind hotel & staff give guidelines on parking times. Can hear traffic from room but expected as on high street. Would stay again if in area.
