Room is perfect, lovely decor and amenities. Due to the pub and then bins / deliveries in the morning it is super loud very early

Lovely bed. Nice decor. Great shower. One unwashed teaspoon and water still in kettle and coffee machine. Cleaner still there when we arrived at 3.15.

Good first experience. Checkin/checkout automated, great for late checkin. Large room, but low ceiling on 3rd floor. Very quiet and comfortable. No breakfast

Great room and lovely location. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Bed was very comfortable & bathroom was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable and everything clean. The instructions to check in were very clear and I would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Great room in the centre of knutsford.

The room was perfect, great set up, very clean & the location was perfect in the centre of Knutsford.

Firstly room was really nice, very clean and a good size. Little few gripes, the access to the room is electronic meaning electric key pad entry, but this wouldn’t let us in at 2.30pm like a hotel would have with the room being ready. What’s the harm ? Secondly a couple of bottles of water, would be nice, none in the room. Also awaken early as seems to be on Manchester Airport flight path. But don’t want to be too negative as rooms lovely and in a great location. Pub below has great beer garden as well. Would definitely use again when in Knutsford.

Room was really nice, super convenient location and easy instructions to access. There was building work going on outside in the morning so very noisy and the room is quite hot so nice to have the windows open. Room was very nicely decorated and had all the necessities.

Very large comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. We had seen previous reviews about the dark paintwork but didn’t think it was going to be as dark as it was, like sleeping in a cave. Perfect for a bat or Goth. Great central location, paid car park very near. Well heated. Bit worried that there is no-one to contact if anything is wrong but fortunately didn’t need to.

The accommodation was in a great location to explore Knutsford and the surrounding area. The accommodation looks to have been recently renovated but our room was very darkly painted and not too our taste, it was a little depressing and we were glad we were only there for 1 night. Overall we thought it was expensive for what you got.

Lovely modern rooms with all amenities although couldn't find an iron. Huge bathroom and comfy bed. Check was a tad late for me being 3pm,especially as there is nowhere to leave bags.

We liked the location, central for the shops. We liked the door lock, no key which was great. Didn't like the decor it was too dark..... the wall lights didn't give off any light to see by and the spot lights were too bright if you wanted a cosy moody atmosphere.

Stayed at the silk rooms on our first visit to knutsford. We were in the area as were attending a friends wedding. We would have loved to have visit the restaurant beneath the rooms, however aware that this was under refurbishment. Room was amazing! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much.
