Feel comfortable, room is clean and tidy condition

Easy checking, lovely room

The room was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast provision was very poor. It had been moved to a different location for the duration of our stay, no explanation provided. Unwrapped food was too accessible to young childrenand it was necessary to constantly request pretty much every item to be replenished.

Staff! Ian should not be working as Director of this club as he is very unprofessional and likes to give out false information which does not go down well when you have paid for facilities and they refuse for you to use them! Not like they seem to care in any way.

Absolutely terrible and I have been trying to contact hotels.com and The Tytherington to complain but I haven’t heard back from anyone

The hotel is fine but they don’t seem to understand customer service. I asked a simple question at reception about how to access the gym and was given a very lengthy explanation about how I should read the information sheet in my room to find out how. It didn’t tell me anything about that and just answering me would have taken 20% of the time. I’ve never been to a spa hotel that charged for towels in the spa area before which is very disappointing and the spa area was not very calm as it was next to the pool which had a “splash time” for kids on

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, full breakfast always replenished and option for veggie sausages, room temperature and comfort good, variety and teas and coffees in room, live singer in club bar, pool and spa facilities lovely, check-in easy. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Fantastic room. Clean and comfortable - especially the wonderful walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed the coffee with a view.

Did not have breakfast. Did not need air con but was available. Restaurant was very good.

Very clean we love staying with you when we are in the area

Good hotel, nice and clean, pool good. Staff friendly. Bedroom good size, beds could have been better made up, sheets crinkled. When you approach the hotel it is not the picture you see on the site.

Great hotel quite location good facilities

Fabulous in all ways. Breakfast to the room was late which meant I couldn’t enjoy it. I’ll be very clear on the timings next time as I was disappointed not to finish it! otherwise couldn’t fault the hotel, staff, restaurant, bar, food, spa. I plan to return
