The Waldorf Hilton London

Staff went above and beyond for you the rooms were really basic for £400 for one nights stay on arrival the room was really cold and didn’t really warm up much.. we paid extra for the breakfast and I wouldn’t recommend it it’s really not worth it not for the cooked breakfast anyway I wouldn’t pick this hotel to book in future

From the name we expected more but the price was reasonable and for that it’s not a bad choice. Our rooms were nice but not amazing and it’s a little old and worn but when faced with an issue they dealt with it well

There was no parking near by - had to park car 1/2 hour away . No Valet. Stairs at the front of the hotel made it hard to enter with suitcases.

Loved the food choice’s especially the breakfast, beds were extremely comfortable

From the moment we arrived it was obvious the Waldorf Hilton was a luxury hotel. The staff were excellent and welcoming, the rooms were wonderful. We attended the bar later which was equally amazing.

The executive lounge canapés left a lot to be desired. The fact that there were no ice machines was also mildly annoying and room service menu functionality from TV or phone was very glitchy. The staff were great with the exception of room service begging for tips. I found that quite off putting.

We had an executive suite it was well appointed and great for a family of 4. Staff was great, so was the executive lounge.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff! The breakfast was delicious!! Loved the area! We love broadway theater and walking to eat and both were very close!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great area!

The staff were friendly and amazing throughout our stay. The room we had was a disabled/accessible room which was not ideal as the basin being so low was awkward as being pregnant I could bend down properly to use it. The evening room service was prompt tasty and hot, however the breakfast in the morning was tasty but was not hot, tepid at best, which was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very dated (not in an elegant way) Rooms too hot. The downstairs ladies facilities were stuffy with an overriding smell caused by lack of good ventilation. £28 breakfast served from menu was underwhelming and sad on the plate. Rooms should have coffee machines - not instant!!

Good hotel. The suite needed more air conditioning. Quite hot our last night. Also too much water softener. Came out of the shower feeling oily. Great location. Very good service.

I had a good stay, the room was clean and had everything that I would have needed, including water, tea / coffee making facilities. I thought the bed was a little hard but the bedding was soft.

Lovely Hotel and all staff were helpful and attentive

stay was ok. room was small. bathroom difficult to navigate.

Slight issue with electricity power but resolved quickly. Doorman was excellent.
