Clean and excellent qaulity

Everyone was so friendly.

Lovely stay. Food was good. Service was excellent. A couple of technical issues in room, but they were dealt with efficiently. Would stay again.

Have stayed here before as it is a lovely place with an excellent breakfast

A slightly curious, albeit faceless corporate events hotel. The faceless touchscreen check-in sets the tone, albeit with a member of staff hovering in your peripheral vision while you do so. The room was clean and warm, frustratingly the extract fan to the bathroom emitted a low level hum at all times (much like leaving your toothbrush on charge). Having requested that breakfast for one be added at booking, it subsequently wasn't and I was then charged an eye watering £17.50 (?!) retrospectively (it's £13 on Hotels.com). Avoid

Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket.

Beautiful and very relaxing for a couples weekend away.

They said they had electric charging. They only had Tesla. I had to get up so early to go and find a station. I arrived late. I had told them that. The hotel was locked. Horrible. Room. Horrible. No coffee machine. Only good thing was shower!!

Fourth stay here, always has a very relaxing atmosphere. Room was quiet and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Parking readily available, gym accessible, rooms clean and comfortable.

Deluxe rooms are very small and storage space limited. Lack of climate control in the room isn’t great as it was either cold or hot.

Fab hotel with excellent staff. Definitely the best hotel in the area. Good rooms. Nice surroundings. Lovely food, drink and restaurant.

Excellent hotel, stay here as often as I can. Price doubled for the second night so had to move on unfortunately.

The mattresses were far too soft. It felt like sleeping in a hammock. When asked to swap rooms/beds there was no alternative. Premier Inns exceed them.

Clean and staff helpful. Gave the impression pool and gym part of the hotel but it wasn’t.

Very disappointing stay bar the breakfast Room was unclean brown stains on the wall in toilet ?? Windows had mould ..hairs on bathtoom floor and 1 complimentary tea bag and biscuit Photos made the place look a lot nicer more of a corporate events hotel
