温德米尔酒店

房間很大很乾淨，英式風格，如果可以多介紹餐飲內容就更好了，這次入住沒有訂到早餐和晚餐，有點可惜～

Good view

Staffs are not helpful, not so considerate and not eager to answer questions. The performance of some staffs try to work at the minimum level. Room is quiet, but small, not so comfortable and not so well-facilitated e.g. the bath and shower gel are very limited. Location is good.

因特疏狀況，飯店人員熱心協助家人提前入住，也幫家人提行李入房，隔日的早餐也還算豐盛，大致上都好，只因老式建築，隔音不良

不推荐到温德米尔的朋友住宿这家酒店。除了与车站隔一条街这一个优点外，其他方面这家酒店都很一般：客房不洁，床单和被罩上有牙膏印、像精斑一样的渍印、长头发；湖区早晚很冷，房间没有中央空调，摆着的暖气是不开的；没有吹风机，浴室狭小，一转身身体会贴到浴帘和辅助拉手上，踩在浴盆里很滑，也不提供防滑垫；抽水马桶经常罢工。前台服务尚可，但早餐时间的工作人员服务意识和能力都很差。早餐是半自助的，自助的部分仅限麦片、果汁。在喝完一碗透心凉的牛奶麦片后，服务员过来问要不要咖啡或茶；过了几分钟，咖啡端来了，我问有无一点热食，至少面包之类；又过十分钟，拿来4片烤的颜色不一的面包，种类各不相同，感觉里边可能有之前剩下的；又用了差不多快15分钟，把咖啡喝完了，面包一片没吃，服务员过来问要不要吃什么热早点，“香肠、培根、煎蛋之类？”，这时早餐已经进行了大约40分钟，我已有怨气，且着急赶车，直接拒绝了。如果有热早点，为什么不在问“咖啡或茶”的同时就向客人询问呢？服务员的态度是无所谓的，爱吃不吃；我要走的时候还瞪了我一眼。该酒店上午10点就要退房，其实会让上午的节奏有点紧张。如果再有来温德米尔的朋友，建议从车站直接打车去Bowness吧，那里在湖岸边，酒店更多也好些。打车费单程我试了，只要不到5镑，还是合适的。

The hotel is in a fantastic location within easy reach of all the amenities of Windermere. Although room clean and towels, bedding clean the whole hotel and all rooms could be renovated and corridors could do with a good hoover. No maid service during stay. Also lift out of order and this seems to been out of order for some time reading previous reviews. Orrest restaurant / bar that was advertised was closed. We did try an evening meal in the hotel but very disappointing none of us could eat main course tasted like a whole salt pot had been used so decided against breakfast as plenty of choices to eat in Windermere. Hotel did not charge us for main meal after we complained.Would not stay again.

Nice enough stay at this hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, as are the grounds. The rooms are also clean and pleasant. We did not have breakfast as we wanted to explore Windermere itself. However we did see the dining area and food there and it looked very nice. Parking provided was easy and accessible. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast lacked fresh fruit - just tinned pineapple slices. Location was good as it was easy to walk into the town. Ample parking but at an additional charge. Hotel is very plain in terms of decor.

Happy with everything and i would recommend it to my friends 👍😊

Great position Grand old hotel enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the Windermere Hotel. Its right by the station so vonvenient for travel. Carolina on Reception was charming and super helpful. No problem replenishing room supplies. Beds confortable. Lovely crisp bed linens and towels. Needs a safe luggage cupboard. Our bathroom only closed from inside.

Clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast ok Lighting poor Dinner mostly inedible,quality poor. Service and staff good and doing their best.

There was poor selection for evening meal,the room desperatly needs updating with flackey paiint corner missing around base of shower

Nice one night stay. Comfortable and ckean.
