The hotel room was very small. The bed was surrounded by three walls so you had to climb over the other person to get to the other side of the bed if the other person wasn’t up. The shower and bathroom had just a glazed glass wall so if you came with a friend I wouldn’t recommend. The shower water was not very warm at all despite what time you showered. They don’t stock the room with many towels or toilet paper so we had to constantly go ask for more since they only come to clean every two days. The positives- clean, felt safe and good location by covent garden. They also offer free wine and cheese twice a week for guests which was nice

This was a great location! Very central and easy to find. Kayleigh at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are small but compact and clean. My room was very quiet. I’d stay there again!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, I had a great stay!! Staff were attentive and I can’t complain about anything.

Our stay was very pleasant! When asked for certain things such as an iron, they brought it up to you within minutes. Would recommend for short stays if you are going to watch a show or a trip around London as it is just on the strand!

I would have rated this 5 star if it wasn't for the very small room. However, as a one night business trip it was perfectly acceptable. I would not stay here for more than one night.

Great location - hotel is within sight as you exit Charing Cross station. Easy walking distance to lots of shows and most tourist attractions. Rooms are compact but functional and very sound proof.

Fantastic location and staff. Very clean, internet, AC. Tiny room. But great for sleep and so close to everything.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and economical place to stay in central London, the Z Hotel is a great option. However, you need to understand your room will be very small and likely without any window.

Loved our stay here. We just wanted a clean and quiet place to lay our head in this area. This hotel was exactly that. Tiny room but had everything we needed for our style of trip. We didn’t want to be in our hotel long. Another win was the free cheese and wine Tuesday evening. It was delicious!

D the fact that the hotel is in the middle of the Strand section. Walk to South Center Banks , the Ferry’s Wheel and the subway stations. Safe and convenient area.

Although the room was small and had no window it was ideal for me for the night. The bed was really comfy (although it was against the wall, so if there had been 2 of us one of us would have had to climb over the other one to get out, but as it was just me it was fine) The shower was great as well. Ideal for a few nights stay in London as great location as well

Its a really clever budget room so central to everything you need. A 5 minute walk from Lion King theatre. However i would pay for a window next time as its stuffy. But very clever use if space. The staff were lovely and helpful. But we got caught in the rain so badly and we just needed to get our clothes off and get in the room and the lady was trying to upsell the breakfast, it just wasnt the time..i had make up streaming down my face, it was that wet. So a bit of understanding would have helped in that moment. The bed was a little hard bit i still managed to sleep.

It was good hotel in a central location. I would certainly stay there again.
