Nice location. Went during a heat wave and the AC wasn't very strong. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Great location with lots of nice places for breakfast nearby.

En cuanto al aseo regular, percibimos que no lavan bien los baños, nos cambiaron loa pocillos del café y nos dejaron otros sucios. De resto el perdonal muy amables, el hotel está ubicado en una zona central con acceso a transporte publico y cerva a restaurantes

Great staff!

Temizlik, konfor, müşteri ilişkileri fiyat ile karşılaştırıldığında mükemmeldi. Lokasyon da çok iyiydi. Odanın ve banyonun büyüklüğü 3 kişilik çocuklu bir aile için konforluydu. Asansörünün olması çok rahatlıktı. Ailecek çok memnun kaldık.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy bus and tube stations within a short walk. Also, easy walk to restaurants and moderate 15-18 minute walk to some theaters. Nothing special about the hotel itself. Pretty basic. We asked for wash clothes and were told they didn’t have any but I question whether the person new what I was asking for. Also, there is no area for guests to seat and eat if they want to bring their own take way food in except the room and they are very small with no real table to seat at. I was kicked out of the lounge area when we brought some take away back to eat and were forced to eat in our room on the bed. They also didn’t clean our room one day and the TV didn’t work. Over all just an average stay with a few disappointments.

Perfect area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop right out front. Not to far from the underground stations. Walking distance to major attractions. The rooms was a good size. Shower waas very clean and updated.

Nice clean, roomy, quiet room with super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location close to public transportation and walking distance to many musical venues. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location, Covent Garden and Tube Station only minutes away. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location. Within easy walking distance of theater district.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un weekend in famiglia. Ottima sistemazione, vicina a due stazioni della metro. Forse solo un po’ basica (ma buona!!) la colazione. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Soggiornavamo in una junior suite, molto spaziosa. Torneremmo volentieri.

Rooms are a little smaller than the pictures. The shower is not well designed and leaks all over the bathroom. However, the staff is very good and the location is perfect for a Central London vacation.

Lovely stay, fab hotel in the centre perfect for after the theatre, we did check in late so had to wait for someone to let us in (only 2 mins so no issue there) and then find our reservation despite me putting on my notes when booking we would be coming after the theatre (in total took less than 10 mins so not a big deal but we were tired and it stops it being 5 star in every area) otherwise super helpful, and everyone was really friendly, lovely hotel, we will look to stay again next time we come to London

A great overall experience. Great location quiet and safe.

Overall, it was a very decent property in a great location just north of downtown London near the British Museum. The staff was always nice and professional. We do wish we could figure out how to turn on all of the lights in my room but a couple of lights did not seem to have a switch(?) or maybe they needed a new bulb? Also, you had to insert and leave a key card inside a slot near the door for any lights to work at all. Also a small refrigerator would have been really nice. Lastly, the shower door was only half size so water sprayed out occasionally. The tub was super deep and slippery so we should have gotten a shower mat (which they offered at the front desk) but non slip strips in the tub would be better and safe. They were very environmentally conscious.. which was nice. Overall.... 4 stars ****
