Comfortable overnight stay. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant food - great breakfast

Overall my stay was good, the only thing I would criticise was the fact that the pillows were far too soft for me. The breakfast was to a very good standard, and was self service, so you had exactly what you wanted.

We had previously stayed at this hotel approximately 4-5 years ago. We felt the property looked tired and in need of a refresh.

Food and rooms were excellent. Stood at bar for 20 mins waiting on a drink whilst staff chatted in reception. Otherwise staff were pleasant and efficient!

Perfect for what we needed it for which was a base to sleep. Plenty of parking, road was noisy but fine if you had windows closed. Air con was perfect as was very warm, beds were comfy. It was very clean but could tell it just needed a freshen up especially in bathroom. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was okay - overall, great stay

Quite a poor experience sleep wise and not for the first time. On my first visit my room backed onto the driving range so I was stopped from having a nap by the permanent rumble of balls. This time there was what sounded like a toilet pump running every two or three minutes at quite a volume for the entirety of my stay in the room to the extent where I couldn’t sleep On the plus side the restaurant food and service were very good indeed

A lovely short stay, very relaxed stay with comfortable room and lovely surroundings. Great for kids as well as Golfers, with the leisure park next door!

Could have been superb. Really lovely location and helpful staff, the one thing that was disappointing were the mattresses, very saggy, clearly well used and uncomfortable, feels like a small thing but if you are sleep deprived on holiday it's not so much fun. Breakfast was lovely. Overall pretty good and the set up of the family rooms with the bunk beds separate to the double room is a great idea. Thanks ☺️

Room as usual but annoying incessant over sensitive water pump activity all night was the only issue.

The cooked breakfast has improved since our last trip

The venue is very well maintained, quite pretty with lots of green and the room was clean, tidy and equipped with iron and board, too. Food was fine. I had a nice staying. Staff could do with a bit more of customer service skills, they weren’t the most friendly people, they wouldn’t acknowledge customers walking in and they preferred talking to each other, but they were young and I guess lots to learn still. Other than that, everything was good.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel sympathique. Grande chambre bien équipée. Belle salle de bain avec toilettes séparés. Bon dîner au restaurant, plats copieux et prix corrects mais salle assez bruyante. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Grand parking.

The restaurant service was very poor, plenty of staff but no service at the table.

Room noisy...... Water system very loud all night.

Enjoyable stay. A bit disappointing on arrival that a small fridge we had asked for was not present, and there were only towels for only one person in the room, This was however soon rectified by Freya from Reception, who was a real gem. Good dinner and excellent breakfasst

The breakfast was fantastic, great service and lovely food. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives. We requested a king bed but when we arrived at our room quite late, we had single beds. The next day staff opened our door without knocking over an hour before checkout. The room was very hot and we couldn’t get the room to cool using the conditioning unit. Opening windows not an option cos we were right next to the noisy main road.

Room was clean and spacious, comfy bed. Great breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Could not be happier with our stay and will certainly return.

Loved the layout of the room very spacious, loved the bath tub too! Only issue was the kids room didn’t have a window so felt a littl claustrophobic
