we would have liked a glass in the bathroom . Also we requested that our room was refreshed but it never happened so our towels were damp when we came in.

Stayed at this hotel for business many times - unfortunately I was given a room on the first floor above the gym. The room was very stuffy due to the time of year so windows open, at 5am the loud thumping bass from the gym sound system woke me up and even with the windows closed it was impossible to ignore. This meant I was tired going to work a physical job all day and I was offered a free coffee as way of apology from the staff. Not acceptable to put rooms in the vicinity of that amount of noise at an unreasonable time. I will consider my stay here during my next business trip because of this

Lovely place

Staff were amazing and sorted out our booking straight the way when asked! Breakfast was lovely Rooms not great but ok Pool heated and large and sauna and steam room well kept Ideal location and onsite parking However due to awful guests we would never return. Plus rooms that we have paid similar had a lot more to offer than the two rooms we stayed in

The room and facilities were excellent but the breakfast is horrible and overpriced. Skip the breakfast and it's good value for money.

Room was too warm, no instruction for air conditioning if there was any. Opened window only to be woken at 5am with staff emptying bottles into recycling containers. Poor water pressure in shower and sink.

The Village hotel had problems with their water pumps and so no water in the bathroom, not even for brushing teeth. They could have offered some bottled water at the bear minimum but didn't really seem to care.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. Room was basic and clean.

Good location with other eateries near by. Room was ok . breakfast wasn’t great and service to be seated was slow and had to go and ask for cutlery at the bar.

Dirty room covered in dust staff not attentive and damage caused to my property. This was reported and no one was interested.

Negative: No AC/ventilation in the room. Noisy neighbors even in quiet areas

Great leisure facilities

Stayed following a uni visit. Dinner took over an hour to arrive.

The room was unbelievably hot, they had given us a fan but it made no difference. Even with that and windows open it was very hard to sleep

Great Hotel in general so I’ve given full marks, however considering there’s no air-conditioning and just a fan they should provide bottles of still water for free especially at £160 per night for the cheapest room.
