1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃

走到Shepherd’s bush 只需要1分鐘，周遭機能不錯。也提供優質叫車服務到Heathrow airport !

飯店離Shepherd's Bush地鐵站步行只需1分鐘，離Westfield 購物中心步行也只需2分鐘，Westfield購物中心樓下即是Waitrose超市，飯店位置十分優越。 可惜飯店沒有電梯，但只要開口，服務人員都樂意幫忙搬運行李。第一晚入住發現淋浴排水孔阻塞，排水非常緩慢，隔天一早告知飯店人員，其說會請房務人員處理，但晚上回到飯店，排水依然緩慢，再次請飯店人員處理，有立即攜帶工具和疏通劑前來處理，問題獲得解決。我們入住的是deluxe double 房型，房間雖小但勉強可打開兩個29”行李箱，但房間插頭少，建議如有兩個以上電子裝置需同時充電，最好攜帶USB多孔充電器。房間隔音普通，隔壁關門會共震，一開始會被嚇到，幾次後就習慣了。飯店有位貌似印度裔男性服務人員態度很好，很樂於提供幫忙，為此次住宿加分不少。

不知道為什麼他給了傷殘人士的房間給我們，浴室沖涼房花灑頭太低，不方便洗澡，床單不整潔。

Hotel very near Tube, walk 3 mins, and there are many cafes and a big shopping mall nearby.

單人房連普通的一個行李都放不下，只好放在厠所門口，則身出入厠所，聽到街上車聲。床單污蔑，肯定未有更换，厕所無紙巾，夜更接待員都話不關他事，但他都幫我更換床單和装好厕所紙巾，知道W12房間在中國新年非常客滿，但都要做好酒店本份。

Our stay was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better – less than 100 meters from the station. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were kind enough to let us leave our bags the next day while we went shopping. We booked this stay after a trip to Wembley and it was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely – far nicer than we expected for the price we paid. Great value and highly recommended!

This was a nice little hotel close to a tube station and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and made the check in process easy. There was some construction while we stayed which created some noise and disturbance but was in the process of being completed

i like that its close to a underground and overground station, westfield london and a walking distance to notting hill. not fan of the AC temp as its not consistent with air flow, shower head is not working properly

This property has gone downhill since I last stayed in 2019. There were stains EVERYWHERE. On the curtain, on the bed runner, the carpet. There were brown stains on the grout in the bathroom and the bathroom hardware was rusted. The towels were haphazardly thrown on the bed and they were a dingy light grey color. It was obvious the towels were originally white. Even the key card had stains on it and looked like it's been through better days. I looked at a total of 3 rooms and they were all in the same condition. I could not book another hotel fast enough!

Clean, super convenient to shepherds bush underground station. It is just a little noisy due to being on such a busy road and so close to the mall.

Muy buena opción pero no tiene elevador. Fuera de eso es un lugar que si recomendaría. Son muy amables!

Stayed before and the staff were just as pleasant last time as this. Steep steps over four floors make it not great for people with mobility issues but this wasn’t any trouble for us. Clean room and bathroom. Small, quiet fridge in the room. Complimentary water and tea/coffee. Excellent location for Shepherd’s Bush tube and overground. Westfield shopping centre with good amount of restaurants a two minute walk around the corner.

Would definitely book W12 Rooms again. Very friendly staff and quick service. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There’s a shop literally next door for all groceries, etc The tube is just across the road so it was perfect location for us going to Wembley to see Oasis. Thank you!

渡英時は毎回こちらを利用しています。（スタッフの皆さん、いつもありがとう!） ◎立地が良い ・セントラルラインのシェパーズブッシュ駅から徒歩30秒! ・地下鉄だけでなく、オーバーグラウンド（Mildmay line）と鉄道（Southern）などもすぐ近く。 ・ホテルの下は、24時間営業のコンビニもあるので便利! ・近くに、ウェストフィールド（ショッピングセンター）があり、フードコートやスーパーなどもあり。 ◎ホテルの中は ・清潔感があり、部屋の壁紙にウィリアムモリスを使用していたりと素敵です。 ・シャワーの水圧が強いのも嬉しいです。 ・スタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで優しいです。 （決して馴れ馴れしいという意味ではなくhospitable and gracious） △マイナスの所 ・私はあまり気にしませんが、道路側の部屋は夜遅くまで少し煩いかもしれません。 ・今回、部屋の一部に不具合があったので、その部分で今回星を減らしました。来年また泊まるときには直っているでしょう! ◆希望 ・バスルームに持参した洗顔クリームなどを置ける棚が欲しい。 また来年もよろしくお願いします! I always stay at this hotel when I visit UK.(Thank you very much to all the staff!) ○location. ・It's a 30-second walk from Shepherd's Bush Station on the Central Line! • Not only the Underground, but also the Overground and railway are nearby, making it a convenient base. • There’s a 24-hour convenience store right below the hotel, which is super convenient! • There’s a Westfield shopping centre nearby with a food court and supermarket. ○Inside the hotel, • It’s clean and stylish, with William Morris wallpaper in the rooms. • The water pressure in the shower is strong, which is great. • The staff are all friendly and kind. △As for the negatives, ・I don't mind it much, but rooms facing the road might be a bit noisy late at nigh. • This time, there was an issue with part of the room, so I deducted a star for that. It should be fixed by next year when I stay again! ◆Wishes ・I'd like a shelf in the bathroom to place my own face wash cream.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff went above and beyond for us.

Good location, close to tube and overground. 24 hour shop in same building. A bit withdrawn from the worst of the overtourism. Would definitely consider coming back.

5-star service from a 3-star hotel. Faultless! I always stay here when I'm in business. It is the best value hotel in Shepherd's Bush and the one with the best location - next to W12 shopping centre and cinema and Shepherd's Bush station and Westfield Shopping Centre. Staff are always lovely and sweet and super helpful, charming and polite. Fully recommend this charming, clean, stellar hotel.
