Weak wifi

Soggiorno breve ma unico...come sempre! Ottima location consigliata vivamente sia per la posizione che per la pulizia.Check-in veloce e puntuale. Tornerò sicuramente!

Alue rauhallinen ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Tilaa hyvin kolmellekkin mutta en suosittele ko huoneistoa kuin kahdelle sillä lisäpeti oli aika kauhea nukuttavaksi. Perinteiseen englantilaiseen tyyliin katumelu kantautuu hyvin huoneeseen. Nukkumapaikkana ihan ok mutta ei oleskeluun, siis ei mitään luksusta.

Great location, nice people. The room smelled a little musty. We just left the window cracked open.

The place was decent for the amount of money you spend in London. Good neighbourhood and easily accessible by Underground with grocery store nearby. The host was hard to get a hold of, we were emailed about contacting him regarding check in procedure, while we were on the plane, which upon arrival we didn't have access to wifi or email. When we did arrive at the apartment, there was no one to meet us at the apartment, we managed to get wifi signal and were able to check email and read that we were to contact him before our arrival. We called him twice and messaged him through email and Expedia app and there was no response, we were able to get ahold of him an hour later, to find out that the code and the key was in the lock box. We were told to message him for the wifi password and info, he never responded. The day before checkout, we messaged him and again there was no response. Without checkout procedure, we just put the key back in the lock box which already contained another set of keys. Still no answer from the host.

This accommodation experience left a real bad taste in our minds on this property! we were not provided with the usual confirmations and contact by the owners we have come to expect. it was the day before we returned from Paris that we contacted Home Away to find out if we still had a accommodation and how we were to access it. Then we got a call from the owner telling us to call 20 minutes from the place and someone would meet us. We were booked for an advertised above ground unit with a picured balcony above ground unit. A lady with very limited English proceeded to lead us below ground to unit despite us showing her our reservation for the other unit which we could see next door. She then asked us for a significant "cleaning fee"- which we realized later was not part of the deal and would not provide a receipt. The advertised laundry facility was machines down a hallway and under the stairs after doutdoors and were coin operated! We. met another couple who told us they also had been scheduled into the balcony unit and switched to another unit with a lot of funky smells and stairs. not good for a lady who had bad knees. We were told that our phone calls would go unanswered and emails would not go through to the owners. They told us the bait and switch deal had happened to others they had talked to. They had refused the cleaning fee. This is not a businesslike operation.

Was given the wrong room at the wrong address. I booked 7 Gunterstone Road but was given a room at 5a Gunterstone. I was initially given a room with 1 bed, I booked a room with pullout couch and a bed it was eventually corrected. The person that represented W14 did not speak English and we never saw her again.

Ci hanno cambiato l'appartamento il giorno prima per problemi tecnici e il nuovo appartamento era di un livello superiore anche se non era vicino alla metro come cercavo io! Siamo stati benissimo!

great location but unfortunately the basement apartment was dingy and not a place to spend much time!

Angenehme Gegend, U-Bahn nah, City nah, ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war sauber, angenehm hell und groß. Das Bad war etwas klein. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Unterm Strich kann man sagen, eine gute Unterkunft für wenig Geld!

Pretty easy checkin as we met the cleaning lady- she let us in earlier as we arrived early. Nice comfortable, private stay. A bit of a noise on saturday night, but not too disturbing. Overall great location for an apt, and good price too

This is a great place. Nice and quiet but on 3 minutes from the underground. lovely place.

Camere pulitissime, con asciugamani in più, spaziose (stranissimo per londra) accoglienti e rinnovate da poco. L'unica pecca il Wi-Fi che non andava bene ma per il resto eccellente e ben posizionato

The ground floor unit was clean, well organized, and well furnished with the one exception of a chair missing two fastening bolts. The two staff we met were warm and very inviting.

Two adults and a teen stayed in the Superior Studio on the basement level in West Kensington. I rented this flat because many reviews stated it was very clean with which I agree. The king-sized bed was slightly firm and prepared with crisp white linens and 4 fluffy pillows. The fold-out bed seemed a bit hard for my tastes but the teen liked it. It is more of a twin-sized futon than a bed. The bathroom had a large shower, a small sink and a toilet. The water was hot and had good pressure. The kitchen was economy sized with a mini-fridge, a small sink for washing dishes, a small stove, a microwave, and a toaster. The cupboard had pots and pans, a full set of dishes, and glasses and silverware. The furnishings were like something from an IKEA store. Most everything was particle board but it looked nice. The laundry cubby down the hall from the studio had a washer and dryer that cost 1.00 pound each to operate. The flat was very warm and cozy in late December. If you want to cook meals in the flat, there is a Sainsbury's Grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. There are also a couple of restaurants equally close. There are two tube stations within walking distance. It was a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The man who owned the flat met with us in person to give us the keys. He was very nice about letting us check in early.
