Fantastic little b & b in a perfect location, right on the waterfront

Location is fab. Really good for everything you would want to do. And the view out of the front window is one of the highlights of our trip.

We had a fantastic stay celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The view was stunning from the room and the luxury of the free standing bath was a bonus. Breakfast was first class and we will definitely be back.

Our hosts were very hospitable , great food and fantastic location.

Right on the waterfront at Dartmouth with great views. Warm welcome on arrival, nice room (smallish but fine) with beautiful window space. Didn’t get up in time for breakfast so couldn’t comment - but a lovely stay, highly recommended.

A truly wonderful find. The Woterfront House was perfect from start to finish. We managed to park right outside the door and didn’t move the car for two whole days. It was in the most perfect location. We had the nook room, small but so clean and had everything we could possibly need, even homemade cookies!! Delicious. The breakfast choices were just wonderful, fresh and cooked to perfection. The buffet selection was gorgeous too. We will definitely stay again when we go again. I would highly recommend this hotel

The setting is extremely beautiful. What a perfect location at any time of the year. Fantastic hosts, everything looks brand new because the owners keep it that way. 5star and look forward to seeing them again.

The Waterfront wad excellent. Spotlessly clean, really well decorated, very comfy bed and great shower. We had been walking the SWCP and always appreciate a clean, comfortable room with noce shower. The Waterfront had all of these qualites and some. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection including fresh fruit alongside a wonderful cooked breakfast. Well done Jon & Julie for your hard work and thank you for providing a brilliant room for us. Very highly recommended!!

This is a lovely B&B. We had the room looking out over the harbour, and it was in excellent condition and spotless. The owners clearly really care about their property. We broke down on the way there, and once we'd called them to let them know we'd be really late, they kept in contact with us to make sure we were okay, which was really nice, and welcomed us very warmly when we finally arrive 8 hours late! The breakfast was lovely, and what you would traditionally expect. Lots of choice of cooked breakfasts from eggs, to a traditional fry up, to fish. It was exceptionally well cooked. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay. We were sad we only stayed one night and will definitely be visiting again. This is an exceptional B&B.

Fantastic meeting on arrival Steve? On reception was very engaging and helpful, parking was very smooth and good to have, we've stopped in a few Harbour Hotels but this was the best yet, lovely room, lovely staff, lovely location

Stayed in the Nook room - great for what we needed for one night, a tad small but understandable! Breakfast was delicious, staff friendly.

I stay away 3/4 times a month with work and had I not been dining with suppliers locally would probably have missed this gem. They moved breakfast forward 20 minutes to allow for an early departure for me and what a breakfast! The fresh fruit, eggs benedict and the banana/strawberry smoothie were all 10/10 whilst I had a superb view over the harbour. The fresh milk and drinks in the room was also great, along with the shortbread biscuits. But the highlight for me was the bed. I intended to watch a film on the tv but didn't get passed the opening credits as it was too comfortable! Credit where credit is due. No wonder they've been voted Devon's best B&B.
