所在的交通位置 伯爵府 非常方便 房間小 但乾淨 旁邊還有Tesco方便採買 如果再有一個共用小廚房 可以微波東西 那樣以它的費用而言 我覺得就算是完美了

Hotel location is far from tube stations but close to a Tesco Superstore though. Horrible room and it didn't match the description of feom Hotel.com on the room size and it's price isn't worthwhile with its actual condition. The only positive point is the service of the staff, polite and very helpful.

酒店lift比較細，得一個人用到，價錢接受到。早餐得方面，橙汁果d!種類少，職員好nicet。好好人，又會主動幫助，走時送左小禮物比我地。仲同我地握手代表多謝。附近有超市，買野方便，而且對面就有巴士站了，好方便。

It is a very nice and convenience hotel. It is around 5-10 mins walk from Earl's Court metro. Breakfast is cereal and toast, coffee and juice. Room is good.

The staffs were lovely, and hotel was quiet and clean.

positif: propre, personnel aimable et efficace négatif: il n'y avait pas assez d'oreillers, de couvertures et de serviettes de toilette dans la chambre, il a fallu demander, ce n'est pas normal le lieu est bruyant et il y a peu de restaurants

Fue una estancia agradable, muy amables en la recepción me sentí agusto por qué Lucas y Lucio hablan español haciendo más fácil mi estancia.

A nice hotel, conveniently located to the underground, shops and restaurants. My room had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The stuff was good. Grateful for the warm hospitality.

The man at the front was extremely nice and helped me to get my lost bag back. I am so grateful for this because my house keys and important documents (only important to me) were in the bag. Thank you so much !!

For a cheap hotel it was great for our family close to buses and trains and food and the staff were amazing and so helpful and nice

Very basic, but clean, safe area and easily found.

Hotel has a lift. Room was very basic. Room has a fridge which was handy. Bathtub felt a bit unstable.

Very basic room , was very warm no aircon .. but did the job for the night
