Very hot in my room and it was only April! No sheet to cover for sleep, only the duvet.

Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly.

Very clean and well maintained property, staff very friendly and efficient. Would recommend to all my friends and will come back again.

The service could not have been better, All the staff was very polite, friendly & helpful. the food was fantastic (my only regret was not having an evening meal on Sunday, but I can fully understand the economics of it .) I would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good food. The hotel has a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant which was superb, breakfast was good too. Across the road from the hotel is a lovely quaint bar called The hole in the wall, i recommend this too, if you don't want a bustling pub full of kids, because this is a lovely pleasant drinking house.

This is a nice clean hotel. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by.

Room was great, but i booked this place over other options for the Pool, Sauna, Steam room. However, these facilities remained out of action for the duration of my stay, making this booking disappointing and over priced. There was no notice at time of booking that the facilities were out of action or i would have booked elsewhere.

Clean and owners are clearly working hard to make for a good experience.

The hotel was very clean rooms very modern and a reasonable size only downsidevwasbthe restaurant as it was asian and not a lot of choice in western food .the breakfast was very nice.

The e mattress was too soft and was not supportive enough.

Excellent service. We were given a room downstairs as I requested to suit my husband’s mobility issue. The room is spacious and clean. The shower floor is non-slip and we felt safe. There is an ironing board and you can request an iron if you need it. The car park is bonus. The WiFi connection was good. The restaurant was nice and spacious. The food portion is not too much otherwise it would go to waste. The choices of menu in the evening is excellent. There are vegetarian and vegan menus available if you don’t want to eat meat most of the time. The staff are polite and friendly. They are well organised especially at breakfast. We are given menu to choose and tick what you want to drink and eat for breakfast the night before. You just leave it by the reception area once completed. There’s also a spa. It’s near the town centre of Bodmin about 0.3 miles.

Very convenient base for exploring the area around Bodmin. Good sized and well-equipped room and bathroom; only complaint was that the partition wall on one side was very thin so we could hear rather more of our neighbours in the adjacent room than we would have liked. Good choice of breakfast (no continental pastry option, though), and we enjoyed our Vietnamese evening meal in the restaurant.
