A typical B&B. 5 mins walk to the Oxford railway station

我是被送到附近民房去住，樓梯非常狹窄陡峭，行李很難上下，房間很小，暖氣不能運作，但離旅館一段距離，無法找工作人員處理，吹風機要找主建物借，有一點不方便，但很乾淨，早餐可以。

Super friendly and helpful staff

Despite the construction/roadwork being done outside, the room was quiet at night. No air conditioning but the shades and fan made the room comfortable for sleeping. There is a lovely garden out back where we sat for breakfast. Less than 1 block from rail station and a very easy walk to downtown Oxford. We were able to leave luggage there much of our last day while we continued to explore the town. It was very handy to then walk to the train and head to the next destination

Det var rent bad, rene håndklær og rent sengetøy. Dårlig trykk i dusjen . Veldig mye bråk fra veiarbeid i gata. Litt dårlig med aircondition, var varmt om natta. Hyggelig betjening! Allright frokost, veldig fin bakgård med bord/sitteplasser . Veldig sentralt, 5 min fra Oxford station og 800 m til hovedbuss-stasjon.

Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, ce qui a rendu notre chambre très inconfortable pendant les grandes chaleurs de l’été.

Noise from outside work, although not the fault of the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Dated decor but comfortable beds.

Old dated building in relatively poor condition. Narrow staircase handrail on one side. Did get help with taking case to the second floor but no one there to help with bringing down. Buffet breakfast ok. Two staff interacted were courteous, polite and professional. Would not recommend it to anyone over 50 unless superfit dealing with narrow staircase.

Hotellet lå ved siden av rekonstruksjonen til jernbanebroen ved stasjonen. Det var jobbing 24/7. Hotellet var vanskelig å finne pga av dette. Vi fikk tildelt rom i et anneks med bad og toalett på gangen som vi delte med to andre rom. Pluss-siden: godt renhold, hyggelig og velmenende personale og hyggelig hage i hovedbygningen, men alt i alt svarte stedet ikke til forventningene for to eldre damer!

Amazing early breakfast avaible with healthy selection with quiet wonderful garden to sit it. Staff especially Willi was super friendly and made me feel at home. Will for sure come back on my next trip to Oxford.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Salle de bain commune avec une autre chambre mais tres propre semble avoir été rénovée. Pourla chambre, fenêtre rénovée, lit tres confortable, bien insonorisee. Resterait la moquette à retirer contre du lino ou parquet. Il y avait des travaux mais sans impact, nous étions a l annexe. Contentes de notre sejour

Een prima hotel op een steenworp afstand van het station en slechts enkele minuten lopen naar het centrum. De kamer was ruim, evenals de badkamer. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntjes: geen lift en een erg smalle trap. De elektriciteit was erg langzaam (dit gingen ze uitzoeken) en de WiFi viel regelmatig weg. Maar absoluut een aanrader. Mocht ik weer eens naar Oxford gaan, zal ik zeker weer kiezen voor dit hotel.

We booked the hotel for seven nights. Upon arrival will the manager took us to the room that he assigned to us that was not in the building where we checked in but an outhouse. The house looked tumble down and he walked us up about 50 winding narrow stairs to what looked like an attic or a crows nest. The room had two single beds and had only room for the beds and had a small window in between with a ram shackle, drape and no air-conditioning. It was horrendous! I told him that we were not going to stay there. I have never seen anything that terrible. When I booked, the pictures provided were beautiful. Breakfast was included and was only yogurt and some muffins, and if you wanted a real breakfast, you had to pay for it. Construction and barricades are completely surrounding the hotel, and there was no mention of that either needless to say. The housekeeping was wonderful and the bathroom and room was very clean except for it the dirty carpets. The staff was very kind and helpful except for Will who gave us the worst possible room, even though there was no one else in the hotel! It was in a great location, but I would not stay at this place! Terrible!

The Good Nice hotel next to the rail station, so very conveniently located. It is an easy walk into the city center, and Oxford is pretty small so everything is very close by. Our room was in the annex with a shared bathroom. This turned out to be a bonus because outside of the main hotel building there is major construction! Evidently it's been going on for 3 years according to the locals we talked to. The shared bathroom was just outside of our room and was separated from the rest of the rooms on the floor so it really felt like our own. There is a sink in the bedroom, so you can brush your teeth in the comfort of your own space. The staff are super nice and helpful with recommendations and accommodating needs. They let us use their kitchen refrigerator to store some food we bought at the nearby Sainsbury Local. The Caveats Due to the ongoing construction, traffic is diverted and it seems the buses run along the street next to the annex. It can be kind of noisy until the wee hours when the buses stop running. Construction vehicles start up first thing in the morning, and travel on the street in front of the annex so just be aware.

Friendly and very helpful staff

Just a couple of minutes away from the train station and very close to the city centre. Very friendly staff who were more than helpful to give you suggestions for seeing things in Oxford outside the obvious ones. A bit old and basic but perfect for a couple of days in Oxford. Some noise outside as there's work at the road to the train station, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault.

God beliggenhed tæt på banegården og centrum. En del støj fra byggearbejde. Fin morgenmad.
