Great breakfast and a nice spot to spend the night before a palace game. Food was solid, service was EXCELLENT. Parking was a bit trickier than we expected but doable. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost its character a bit.

the room is very hot, with outside temperature is around 10C, we kept the window open, but the room is still very hot. It is basically an extension of the rooftop of a restaurant.

Another good stay at the Westow. Nice big room with a good selection of teas and coffee available.
Our only issue was that the TV didn’t work due to a WiFi issue. This couldn’t be fixed during our stay but I was offered complimentary drinks which was an acceptable gesture.
