I suggest it can be regarded as motel instead of hotel. So far the service is standard.

Very good location, few mintues to train station and underground station.

The location is good. 5 mins walk from the tube and train station. Perfect if you take the airport express to the hotel. The hotel is old. The room is small not too well facilitated. Some of the lights of our room were not working and were not fixed till we left after our 5-day-stay. The breakfast was not recommended if you have to pay for it. Cold ham is the only meat they provided and everything is of bad condition, everything was cold and tasteless even for the coffee. I need double-shot of espresso then I can tell it was coffee. However, staff were nice.

Small and dusty room. Facilities are old. Slow wi-fi. But good location.

The WiFi access is terrible and sometime has no connection.

地利位置是很不錯，非常隣附車站，找吃也很方便，很多選擇。 浴室太小，洗手潔臉的水盆和水龍頭則不是很方便

位於市中心及熱鬧地點.很近地鐵站及火車站出口,酒店下很多食市及手信店,但去到當時酒店沒有電梯,.要親自拿行李上到高層.而房間沒有冷氣,但因為天氣比較涼快,所以可以接受.其他的鄰近配套也不錯.

The main merit is its close proximity to Paddington station (5 min walk). Although there was a lift, it was out of order when I checked in and hence it was a bit difficult for me to move my luggage to the room. Room is much smaller than I expected and possibly most suitable for backpackers. Room condition was at most fair.

距paddington車站近,附近吃喝很方便,家庭房超大,衛生間有點小,無線上網免費的很慢,較高速率要額外付費,CP頗高.但無寄放行李服務!!

訂房時要求不要給地下室,入住時仍給地下室,要求換房,員工表示没有其它房間了,地下室房間超潮濕的,連地毯.棉被.厠所衛生紙都是受潮的,電梯還是壞的,要自己扛行李上下樓,飯店提供的免費wi-fi完全連不上,連自己買的英國sim卡也没有訊號

距離PADDINGTON車站近，交通方便。附近有餐廳及超市很方便，但家庭四人房部份配置在地下樓，衛浴間很小，也無提供寄放行李服務。

Location is very good. Very near Paddington station. The room has a liittle small but very clean and comfortable.

地點是滿分，不論轉車到倫敦市內各區，還是到oxford、温莎還有heathrow 也很方便，而周邊食店、紀念品店和超市也十分充足。

The room was clean. The bed seemed small for a double. The bathroom was also small.

Kamertje te klein voor 3 personen, badkamer zwaar onvoldoende, douche verschrikkelijk, wastafel meer geschikt voor toilet dan voor 3 persoonskamer. Service is verder prima, elke dag opgemaakt bed en schone handoeken.

Insekter på rommene, dårlig standard. God beliggenhet

Lovely tiny room in the heart of Westminster. Bed very hard and lumpy. Otherwise a gem.

The hotel was a great home base of operations for our trip that had multiple legs of our journey - plane, train, automobile, plane.
