Great location close to Cafés, bars and restaurants .Easy check in,well equipped kitchen. Clean and inviting.

Great place, very central, we went to the balloon fiesta and it was I. The ideal location, about half hour walk away,the room was clean tidy and very comfortable

No communication as tried to contact about late check out. Didn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails or respond to the online request. Place was a decent size and location wasn’t too bad. Needs more maintenance and freshening up.

Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money.

The property is near a lot of restaurants which is walkable.

Good location in the centre of Clifton, however very noisy with poor windows and sound insulation from the road and adjacent compartments. Extremely soft bed which may be suitable for some but we found very uncomfortable.

Great location, great communication would happily stay again

The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. The room had a funny smell, like mothballs, which was quite over powering, we assumed it was to cover a less pleasant smell. Keeping the windows open helped but then made it cold, of course. However, overall, the apartment met our needs, was clean and had sufficient space. It was really just the smell that has dropped it a star.

Do not stay here I stay in hotels houses & apartments all over the uk with work and this has to be one of the worst for rip of The area is very dangerous although it is ment to be nice times have changed and it’s not safe at all & we are fit construction workers The apartments let to anyone and there also rats hanging about If you try to change booking thy charge you full amount regardless We didn’t get the key codes till late at night and we had to keep calling them for it Even though booked and deposit paid & authorised Forget about parking if you can park you will be boxed in of have no wheels Left Apartment is put together on a very cheap budget and all they care about is making money We had no running water in the toilet when we turned up and did not get fixed for 2 days even though there is ment to be maintenance on site The whole place smells terrible as well Hotels .com will be taking this off there site

Easy access and clean throughout. Large studio with all you need for a night away. Clifton Village right on your doorstop. Although parking underneath the apartments, this is for only 6 cars so we were unable to get a space. It would be difficult to get a space on a weekend I would imagine. Parking available in the neighbouring streets where available.

Excellent value for money. Well positioned in Clifton for easy access to city centre. Excellent comms from the company. No frills but everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

Cups all dirty. Sofa bed very poor condition. Overall cleanliness was good.

Really close to Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Downs. Central to Clifton shops, walkable to Bristol centre although quite far. Not great for parking. Quite noisy at night with windows open and no air con. Not that clean in the apartment (floor very grubby judging by state of socks).

Small studio, very well located in a purpose built block. Bed was ok, but the table was too wobbly to use and the place could do with an armchair
