玛格诺套房酒店

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla kävellä rantaan tai kaupungille. Taksit myös edullisia. Hotellin sisustus on kaunis ja kodikas. Huone ok, mutta tullessa suihku oli rikki ja se korjattiin illalla. Huoneessa ja ulkona viemärin haju. Suihku toimi sitten hyvin ja lämmintä vettä tuli. WC ja suihku erotettu lasiseinällä, mutta WC: n puoli ahdas. Ei bideetä. Jääkaappi, safety, pullovesi, tv huoneessa ja wifi myös toimi. Ilmainen aamiainen riittävä ja hyvä ja henkilökunta kohteliasta sekä puhuivat englantia. "Kirjasto" plussaa, sai vaihtaa kirjoja. Huone hiljainen, pimeä ja vuode hyvä nukkua. Ravintola alakerrassa ja baari.

The hotel is great, but a bit tired and not well-maintained. It has so much potential. That said, it is a great location and near the airport. It is the best available near the airport. The breakfast and staff were terrific.

The stuff tries their best but the rooms are simply terrible. I regretted that I chose this ‘hotel’. Rooms are so small that you can not even move and the smell wow!!! The hotel,each and every room stinks and are very very dirty. Unfortunately I stayed there 3 nights because my reservation was non-refundable. 1st night they gave me a room that toilet door was broken and whole night I could not sleep because of the heavy smell coming from the toilet. 2nd day I told to reception that I can not stay in that room, they said they will change the room and then they offered me 2 rooms in the ground floor and both of them were smelling heavy humid. Don’t get me wrong but I’m somebody who complains when it’s really not standable. Then I saw that cleaning lady is cleaning a room which is in a bit better condition then mine, so I got the room simply by insisting. I counted each and every minute to get out of this place seriously.

Room key not working the last three days. Telephone and TV not working

I was upgraded to a suite and it was not in a good condition. It need remodeling and new paint. They party on Saturday night go all night until 12

It is a wonderful boutique hotel that can be highly recommended. There is also a restaurant that offers a great variety of excellent dishes. Whenever you come to Malabo this is the hotel you should go to.

Just average, did not meet my overall expectations

La location è buona essendo a metà strada tra aeroporto e centro città. Il ristorante è nella media. Quello che non mi è piaciuto del servizio è che ho trovato la porta aperta sia quando ho preso la camera che al ritorno la sera. Sembra che la cameriera non si degna di chiudere la camera. Per fortuna non mi hanno rubato niente ma…di notte ho dovuto pagare il taxi perché lo shuttle non funziona. Lo dovrebbero dire prima

The property is central in Malabo so you can easily connect to the business district and inside town

Excelente trato del personal. Muy variada y buena comida del restaurante. Lo único que podría mejorar es una o dos variantes más para la opción con el desayuno incluido. Ambiente muy ameno los viernes por la tarde/noche.

The hotel was great. The restaurant service was very slow. The area is not so great, you will need a taxi to get around

I was very please with my stay at the Hotel Mango. The services was very nice and my room was always clean.
