Breakfast is great and location is good as well. 建築很有味道，只是沒有電梯，旅館有提供豐富的旅遊資料非常貼心

Zimmer war mit Fenster zu einer Wand die zirka 60cm entfernt war. Fenster konnte geöffnet werden ohne Ausblick! Dusche soweit okay. Super war der tägliche Wechsel der Frottetücher!

Self check-in but they did not give a room number so was a bit lost when we arrived. 'Make Up The Room' meant change the towels and nothing else. Entrance untidy and dingy but the room was okay.

Perustasoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla Vanhassa kaupungissa. Huone oli pieni, mutta edullinen. Siisti ja puhdas. Lisäksi plussaa mini-keittiöstä ja toimivasta kylpyhuoneesta.

I paid 70 EUR for a squeaky bed in a cave-like underground single bed room with no breakfast. Though breakfast was offered in a nearby hotel which I didn't go to. Maybe I've should've. The only window was high up and voices from the streets flooded in.

Asiakaspalvelu ei ehkä ollut parasta saamaani, mutta hotelli oli todella edullinen ja huoneesta löytyi jääkaappi, mikro sekä liesi. Ainoa suurempi miinus huoneelle tulee todella todella ahtaasta WC-pöntön sijainnista.

The property is superbly located to explore the old town. The main square is 10 mins walk along the route are restaurants and gift shops along with a few interesting bars. The hotel is within an old building which should not be mistaken as charm. The room I had was located on the top floor without the benefit of a lift in fact it best described as an attic room very small and as it was located in the roof area it was hot with only a tiny un curtained window which didn’t open to provide air which in the summer would be unbearable. A small token fan was provided which was inadequate. On the plus side the shower was excellent bathroom was just fine. The room was small with the smallest gap between the bed and chest of drawers the room came with fried and safe. The Wi-Fi just didn’t work no matter what you did. The reception was manned during the day and we were able to leave bags for safe keeping after check out which was at 12:00 which was helpful. In summery not dreadful but not the most luxurious either.

The rooms are old in need of updating. The location is great and staff are very helpful

Hotellin historiallisuus ja sisustus toi ihanaa tunnelmaa. Aamupala oli loistava.

Stay in triple room for 5 nights. Very convenient location in old town. Accessible to attraction places and good restaurants. Enjoy the christmas market nearby. Walking distance (20 min) to ferry terminal D for cruise to Helsinki. Same buffet breakfast served throughtout our stay.

Sijainti hyvä ja hiljainen. Vaikka huoneemme oli ikkunaton se ei silti ollut ahdistava näin pimeeseen aikaan. Suihkussa kun kävi niin koko WC:n lattia kastui. Myöhään illalla keskusteltava kuiskaamalla jotta aulasta ei tulisi kehotusta olla hiljempaa.
