Terrible stay. The room was really old and the soundproofing was awful — I could hear cars outside and people talking in the hallway, so it was hard to sleep. The worst part was the shower — the water was either burning hot or freezing cold, so I couldn’t even take a proper shower. Such a bad experience, I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is the nicest option in Manzini, with very nice staff. However, I felt the room rates were over-priced.

The treatment from one of the staff was very bad, it made me feel bad.

Great stay with amazing staff. Location is amazing if you dont have a car. Only negative I would say is that the bed is a little stiff for me personally and the condition of the taps in the bathroom could be improved. These things arent issues for me

The service as soon as you arrive is wonderful. The men take your bags in to the hotel. Everyone was so warm and inviting.

It's convenient, With time i hope the finishings will get to perfection

The hotel was busy with renovations, the section werr book3d in was very noisy during the working day with drills and hammers going on intil 5pm. The waiters and waitresses had no sense of urgency you would wait for more than 20 minutes on an order for a soft drinks. The blinds in the rooms had so much dust on them the cleaners were not clearly touching thesee as part of their cleaning routine. There os no Iron and iroing board service, you have to pay the Laundry service for ironing your clothes. Other than this the reception staff was friendly and accomodative to most of our requests.

My stay at the George Hotel was excellent. The property is beautiful, staff so helpful, food was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel if in the area! It was a wonderful experience!

Everything Its fine..

My trip was amazing. Great service.

The George Hotel was clean, friendly and convenient. The room i stayed in was large and comfortable but dimly lit and with windows onto a wall on one side and the car park on the other. The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall with a large supermarket and several food outlets offering a range of cuisines. Hotel staff were lovely.

The staff are friendly but the hotel is noisy and it’s not easy to navigate around the property.

Capert stench was overwhelming, toilet malfunctioning, no option for shower in the bathroom. Tv channels gosh parhetic for the ampunt of money paid, i was very dissapointed.

Last minute booking, easy check in, new hotel, comfortable beds and very close to city centre.

Best place to be at Manzini

Overall it was very pleasant. The staff were generally very friendly and help full. The service at the pool area pub could have been better.

The George is well located and staff are friendly and helpful. The facility itself is dated. For a modern business and leisure hotel it requires upgrades. For example, the water in the shower is a trickle and water temperature varies constantly. In our last room (275) the toilet is attached to the hot water. Also the WIFI signal is quite weak.
