The room and amenities were great but what really stood out to me was the green Apple spa . From the haircut I received from Betty the Barber to the massage I received from Johnny the best masseuse I have ever had I truly enjoyed the world class spa experience Skylight Hotel offers. Please give my strongest thanks to Johnny for his excellent deep-tissue massage!

ET needs to train staff on customer services; a claim to be guided by policy and as written in many ways contrary to providing excellent service.

Couldn't keep transparency. Staff has no clue of the hotels global ads. Several different offers and prices for the same room . Skylight needs to well inform their staff.

While I was there the room key wasn't working properly so I had to call the staff to open the door and to change the key card 4 times in one week.

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, which are included with the room booking.

Amazing

The room was great - spotless, with a very comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower and nice towels. The shuttle was very convenient - when you arrive at the airport, you need to ask the people at the desk as you get close to the exit to let the hotel know to come get you. Only downer was that the food was OK. Not bad, but not great either. Overall, a great place to stay in Addis.

The buffet had an impressive range of local and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The dining staff managed to be both efficient and friendly, which made mornings feel relaxed rather than rushed. The amenities—including the fitness center, pool, and multiple dining options—were all top-notch. The hotel’s proximity to the airport was also incredibly convenient without sacrificing comfort or atmosphere. Overall, the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Addis Ababa, whether for business or leisure.

The new part is amazing the old part is not worth it
