the most disguesting place i have ever been. they took absolutely no effort to make the rooms habitable and enforce a no smoking policy. the building smelled like mold and there were multiple damaged walls and pieces of stone in the rooms. the shower didn't have a door and there was water everywhere everytime you shower. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

They said they provide breakfast for persons buy hotel room through other parties they denied me breakfast and safelock which they give other persons

What was in the booking did not match what was on site. There was no Executive Room no King bed. But the hotel allocated me a room with double beds after complaining. The receipt was not issued, I need as proof of payment. Otherwise the staff were helpful

Clean. Excellent breakfast, just be on time. Flexible staff. We got option to get a room away from the nightclub noise, we are thankful for that.

Priced to give value for money as property was undergoing renovation - good idea. Centrally located but if not a night life person weekend music from neighbouring clubs can be too much. The staff try their best to be helpful showing incredibly improved Ethiopia customer care from my decade-long observation thus far. The streets were ok to walk. The traditional food, esp Fasting Wot (no meat), is super good and a nice way to taste Ethiopian cuisine. Hotel arranged some fresh injera I travelled home with... I will stay at Kaleb again.

Great stay in Addis. The staff made the stay memorable.

It was honestly a cool place to stay. Great location. A bit outdated but the excellent staff treatment made up for it. They were very friendly and accommodating. The bar tenders were very nice. I fell ill one nite and the kitchen staff prepared a basic dish for me and I am forever grateful. I would hope that the managers consider discouraging the prostitutes from hanging out at nights. Its really obvious who they are and I could tell that the lady residents and a few of the female staff members were a little bothered by their presence. Overall, nice hotel, great staff, and great management. I would return.

The building is old but cozy, Service is good they treat you well.

Great location, professional & friendly staff and amazing Ethiopiaan coffee

The hotel is close to the airport and close to many shopping areas. Cheaper compared to many hotels in the area. Staff were amazing, food was great and great Ethiopian coffee by Rita. Room with a bath tub is better than normal shower. The shower without curtains goes all over the bathroom floor. But I can stay there again happily

Well kempt hotel with reasonable price and good central location, near airport, good for shopping.

Very average with noisy bed and limited breakfast choices. Not enough fruit juices (panaple juice).

Bathroom was extremely small, event at the executive suite, highly disappointed!
