Very good service

I think that the hotel has reserved poorly maintained rooms for subsisized prices. Because the room I was assigned looked nothing like what is in the photos. My bathroom drain was clogged, mold on the walls,I was was given a torn towel each day, minimal moving space, poorly lit room...e.t.c. Cleanliness was at a bare minimum. The staff were extremely cordial and courteous though. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport, and sometimes a staff member would assist me in getting to where I was going. This made my experience a little less daunting. Overall, I wouldn't recommend a stay at this hotel. As I came to find out, there are other hotels within the same price range, and lower, with cleaner amenities.

Amazing!!! this my second time and same experience, nice place and nice people, reasonable price, restaurant available and provide good food. Highly recommended.

They didn’t clean the room

The hospitality and the lovely staff working days and nights. The room is always clean. Wi-Fi availability. Great place.

Price is reasonable, hotel staff are nice and helpful, check in and out was very easy, there’s good restaurant and cafe in the hotel and they provide great service, if you like walking you access to down town or even the Airport. I would recommend them It’s value for money.

When I arranged the hotel I wanted a place with air conditioning and sound proof room. The room I was put in was broken. The shower doors were broken, the tv, no air conditioning or fan, loud, no hot water. When I complained they told me they could not move me. I had to fight three times to get into a room with a functioning bathroom and hot water. It still did not have air conditioning but it was a nicer room in the end.

The hotel discriminates against white people. Employees communicate harshly and irresponsibly. - transfer from the airport was not provided, although I wrote to them in the comments to the booking, on the website, by email, on the WhatsApp phone number provided. They didn’t meet me, I took a taxi at my own expense and they simply said “sorry.” - they demand payment ONLY in dollars, and they want to give change in birr, under the pretext “we have an official exchange rate.” But under the pretext of “take birr at the official rate,” they refuse to white people. One of the employees said “you should pay in dollars and take change in birr to help our country.” - there was no hot water in the room, they tried to fix it for an hour before moving me to another room. I spent half a day waiting. - cockroaches. - water is leaking from the shower - I asked for a transfer to the airport, because they didn’t meet me, they said “sorry, the transfer is only for international flights. Sorry again that we didn’t meet you.” Guys, I'm sorry to leave a bad review.

The property was good and comfortable.

Everything was under good conditions. Only a bit problem with the wifi.

Customer service

I´ve been staying a couple of times at this family-run hotel in Addis Ababa. Every time I had a wonderful experience and I will definately stay there whenever I visit. The fact that it´s located a little bit off the main road gives it a serene and comfertable environment.

Look very nice and clean

I enjoyed the stay for the most part. The only downfall was no hot water and staff would not change my room or accommodate the request to look at the water heater. Also there were roaches in my room. Other than that staff was friendly and the price was good.
