Great staff...friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff.

It offered more than what we expected. A lovely experience. We not concern was a badly cracked window in bedroom with no explanation about it’s safety. Also spoiled the view out.

Everything is good except the toilet is too small..and the shower screen is too short, the toilet gets very wet after each shower. Maybe can consider to provide shower curtain. Breakfast is super. Room is clean. View is terrific.

The hotel might be in the single best location in Tromso. In addition the staff were great and the room was nice as well

We stayed 5 nights in a junior suite on the 6th floor. The view of the mountains and Arctic Cathedral was amazing. The window configuration gave us a nice panoramic view. Breakfast was excellent! Also outstanding, friendly service by the staff throughout the hotel.

I loved everything about the property, other than the room view. We were on third floor and we had a view of the air conditioning pump and outside steps.

Convenient location. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Great views. Friendly staff.

Waterfront location is wonderful, close to everything, shopping center across a park.

Great and convenient hotel near the bus station. Awesome view of the harbour from our room we didn’t want to leave!

Very good and helpful staff. Simon at the bar and restaurant of particular note. Housekeeping person also very good. Just a shame the Sky-bar is not open throughout the week.

Slick stylish hotel in prime waterfront location. Perfect for a stay in Tromso.

This is a hotel that offers services but then severely limits access. Examples? Laundry m-f but not weekend. Beautiful sky bar open Thursday thru Sunday 5-10. Great breakfast ….after 730 am. If you want the bag option make sure you bring your own yogurt spoons as none are offered. I could continue but it’s not cultural or even brand. I have stayed elsewhere is Oslo and tromso with much better hospitality Copenhagen airport clarion has similar breakfast starting at 530. In short the grade above combines staff and service but theirs is a on site senior management problem with training and understanding customer needs. I was not alone.

Great service received from the Supervisor Mahmoud, he made our anniversary stay welcomed and even the more wonderful.

Very clean, great location and a lovely room. Upgraded to the superior room which I think gave us a room on a higher floor with a great view of the mountains… but I’m not 100% sure. Dinner was lovely in the hotel restaurant. Staff were always busy with customers but were super friendly and helpful when serving. The location of the hotel was ideal as it’s in the centre of town and most of the buses operate from within a 5 minute walk

Easy check in and check out procedure, with attentive staff and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Convenient location for meeting points for both bus and boat trips that we had booked
