My review might have been better, but for the very poor accessibility: my room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Also, as it was an attic room, it was very hot and I could not stand up straight in most parts of the room - and I am not particularly tall. Something was leaking in the bathroom and there was a small trickle of water across the floor at most times. No kettle, fridge or even glasses in the room. Breakfast might have been included, but no one informed me about this and, in any event, I was not in the mood to trek up and down the many stairs first thing in the morning.

O Hotel fica no centro histórico de Sarajevo e o staff é muito educado. Não é da rede Hyatt, o dono do hotel tem esse sobrenome. O quarto é pequeno, não tem elevador. Como todo centro histórico as ruas são ínfimas e você tem que navegar nelas pra chegar no hotel.

Hotel à eviter sur plusieur point : - odeur de cigarette dans les chambres non fumeur. - un drap qui fait office de couette pas pratique quand il fait froid. - renseignez vous avant si ils sont bien encaisser le paiement car a mon arriver jai eu la surprise du réceptioniste qui na rien eu mais apres avoir appeler les services hotel.com le probleme a ete resolu. - chambre pas tres propre. Bref hotel à éviter

Close to the city, 3 minutes by foot. Besides that, the hotel was not what I have expected. The service was bad; the staffs were always busy talking on the phone. Old towels in the bathroom and poor cleaning. No air-condition in our room.

The hot water didn't last very long, not long enough for two people to shower. Was really noisy outside until around 11:30pm at night with speakers blasting some religious propaganda. The breakfast was basically stale bread and jam with some processed ham and cheese. The bed was comfy and actually a queen bed not two singles joined together like many other places we had stayed. In the end you get what you pay for.

Varování pro všechny, tento hotel nebrat. Jediné pozitivum na něm je jeho poloha blízko centra. Ale malinkaté pokoje, téměř neprojdete kolem postele, neudržovaná koupelna, neodtékající umyvadlo.

Leider war die Duschwanne defekt und somit das badezimmer immer nass ; rezeption war sehr freundlich und wir konnten das Zimmer schon morgens ab 8 Uhr beziehen >> Lage zum Zentrum ist ideal

This modern hotel is located up a hill a few minutes' walk from the old town. My room was next to the local mosque and only had net curtains, but I still had a good sleep as there was hardly any noise and no overlooking. The room was a good size and comfortable although there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was perhaps limited in terms of choice, but the quality was fine.

i stayed at some hostels at the trips i made earlier to sarajevo but i needed a better hotel this time coz this trip was for business. i was worried about this hotel though because i felt the price cheap... however, the room was larger and nicer than i expected. the staff was helpful about everything.. i really enjoyed staying there..

The bathroom was in a bad condition. It had visible mold and strong smell of mold as well.
