Personel çok nazik, otel çok temizdi. Kahvaltı biraz yetersizdi. Konum olarak mükemmel, hiçbir taşıma aracı kullanmadan heryere yürüyebiliyorsunuz bu da çok büyük bir artı. Ve tek eksi nokta, 2. Katta konakladığınızda wifi çok az çekiyor hatta bazen çekmiyor.

Very centrally located, in old town on the pedestrian street, just a few minutes from the center. The rooms were nice but quite small, without a fridge or many extra amenities. It was fine for two of us for two days, but it’s important to keep in mind the small size. The staff helped with arranging airport transportation, and the breakfast was quite good. There was coffee and water and fruit available throughout the day which was appreciated. Honestly felt more like a nice hostel, in a good way. Would stay there again.

We ordered the superior double room and when we arrived they didn’t have any and we were out in a tiny room and there was no service at the desk in the early morning. Location was good but otherwise we didn’t get our moneys worth at all and there was no one to speak to to get a refund.

This is THE best property to stay at in Sarajevo. I stayed at another for a night before switching here and it felt like such a relief upon checking in. The room was so comfortable, clean and I loved that the TV had Netflix available. It’s right in the old town center, very near the copper street and has a ton of food and cafes right outside the door. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know!

Good central location in the old town, clean but small room. The only major issue was that there were no elevators. If you have luggages it is not great.
