The property ok but the problem I’ve booked and paid my room but when I got there they couldn’t find my reservation so I have to pay them onsite so I need to refund my paying for one night

Extremely dirty bed blanket . Hotel . Com let me use fake info to let you booking this most dirty room . Not enough hot water for shower . Don’t book it. I walk around the room with their manager. She won’t give you money back but she did say sorry .

I don't want visit there at all. Cz the property is not in a tidy condition even though my bed sheet was not clean and nice. No hot water in the showers and showers are very old

This place needs a renovation and certainly new pictures on Expedia. Very misleading and certainly not what is being advertised. The shower has water trickling down the shower rose, the bathroom is dated with a dire need for renovation. The sheets are brown instead of white - past its use by date. Noisy. The room wasn’t ready until 430 pm. Would not recommend this place

Good location, Room - shower was a trickle, no hot water, bedding was stained big time. TV doesn't work, aircon missing remote - to high to manually turn on. Room wasnt ready at 5pm when i arrived, ask me to wait until they could get a cleaner into the room Needs work

There is a huge difference between the photos of the rooms displayed on the app and the actual ground situation.

The property should post to recent pictures as it nothing like the pictures shows online.

Felt unsafe due to location, and no hot water. Was upgraded rooms but no difference. Booked another hotel after the first night but lost the money on the other 3 nights as I was not refunded.

Check in was good was assist by the font staff. Room was in good condition, bed was comfortable. Compound and pavements need cleaning. Lots of dog poop, we were greeted by Dog poop outside our door when we were checking out. House behind the Hotel has lots of Dog and there is foul smell as we approached our room. Upon checkout we told the reception about the foul smell. Was advised that the Dogs were the General Managers. Room was comfortable. My wife will certainly not go to the hotel but if I go, I will ask to be billeted in the front rooms

We were supposed to check in at 2pm, as previous guest was checking out at 12 noon on 30/03/24. We got to the room at 4pm, the rattling door was unlocked to a wet tiled floor that was. Still very wet, as it had just been mopped! The room looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com advert! The bed linen was not fresh or white, but a crumpled, dirty-looking off-white yellowish colour with rusty stains from washing line! Underneath the double sheet was a thickish material covering the top of the mattress. The furniture was very ugly and old, with an old wooden stool-like table. The room stank if damp and the bathroom smelt of vomit! The small television had no remote control nor buttons to change channels, it looked ancient with a loud Indian movie on, volume could not be reduced! There was only a used roll of toilet paper, no spare, and a small fridge in a cupboard which overheated badly, and burnt my hand when touched on the outer top of it!. It was definitely a fire hazard! During our 1st night there, my sister and I were Scratching our bodies all over, because of bed-bugs! The shower was cold, no hot water! Only 1 medium sized towel and 1 small towel supplied. We were so disgusted, we left the room soon after 05:00am next morning. We had to check-in at First Landing Resort, where we spent the 2nd night instead. I definitely Do Not Recommend staying at Hotel Oasis, as when I returned the room key yesterday, we noticed their Public toilet downstairs was absolutely Filthy!!!

Was affordable. Great service by the stuffs.spacious .and neat and tidy rooms and secure.only problem was the pool was mentioned on the website but was unusable dew to cleaning.

Terrible hotel. Booked for two nights. The water stopped working on the second nigh without any warning. Couldn’t get hold of anyone at reception. Then someone started knocking on the doors. Appeared to be an intruder checking to see which rooms were empty. Again couldn’t contact anyone at reception. It got so bad we left the hotel and checked into another property.

Property pictures were deceiving. Bed bugs. Aircon didn’t work. Tv didn’t work.
