总体来说还是非常好的酒店。 距离机场有点远，1.5小时车程。 海滩沙子很粗。但是影响不了酒店的整体美观度。 像一个公园，很高兴在这里度过3天假期？

Nice crew service, however they assign the logoon wing building which is the poorest location.YOU PAY MORE FOR OCEAN VIEW, BUT GOT LESS. I'm really disappointed. Beside, the shop " Yanu Yanu" damage my two credit cards without any apologies. Only urge we to pay by cash. Be careful before use your credit card!! It will ruin your vocation ！！

We stayed at Outrigger Resort at one night on 2014-04-19. When we checked in, no any welcome drink was served to us but the other foreigner had. Also, I bought the dairy meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort. During having lunch inside one of restaurant, the other customers ordered the foods after they must get the warm hand towels for cleaning. But only we did not have. I felt that all of staff discriminated us as Asian. Although the resort is 5 star, the service provided is not great. Please provide more training to your staff.

The people were amazing, so helpful. We arranged for our luggage to be collected from our room but this was not done and we were late for the. Bus we had paid for, that is my only complaint in two weeks, also since 3 people were booked into our room there was only ever enough cups, ets for two. There should have been enough of everything for 3. Excellent resort didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful property with friendliest staff all around. We were at Outrigger for our nieces wedding and it was just perfect😊Great food options and thanks for the lovely staff for making our stay fantastic.

Fantastic property. My last visit was 10 years ago. Has been amazingly well maintained. Very clean. Staff are so friendly and happy. Can follow your expenditure on your in room tv. Can download the app which has all the info you need on the property like daily activities, open/close times of restaurants and bar, kids club etc.

The Outrigger is a wonderful report. We had a great room with a view, food was excellent, amenities great and we had a great stay. It is a bit expensive but it is a 5 star resort.

Great family resort which accommodated for some adult only time as well. Beautiful tropical island retreat feeling. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly

This was the beginning of our 3 week vacation before we got on a cruise ship. We really liked this part of the island away from the port. The people are so friendly, and we did a waterfall hike/ horseback, Kava ceremony that we booked through the hotel. It is a family friendly resort with water slides and a pool bouncy obstacle course. We are a retired couple so we enjoyed the adult pool. Our room overlooked an inlet and it felt like we were on a private beach. The food was good with healthy options. We ate breakfast and lunch at restaurant by the adult pool and we did the dinner and breakfast buffet once each. It's not the fanciest place, but it was nice to start our trip here.

After a great stay, it was disappointing that our lunch order at the Bivari Pool side restaurant was forgotten. We were the first to order and after 45 minutes (and everyone after us being served) we had to leave to catch a taxi to the Airport without eating. Somehow we were forgotten about. Not a good ending to our visit.

My only issue was no streamlined checkout process.

Nice resort with clean, and tidy facilities. Good range of activities for children. Dining options pricey and limited however.

Stayed in April 2025 with our 2 year old. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (my daughter still yells out BULA to us). Food options were great, we loved the pool and not having to leave the accommodation. The drive from Nadi airport is long, especially after a flight but once at the resort you don’t need to leave.

Best staff n services . Josateki the servicer is one of a kind, u need to meet him. I recommend him to people who’s visiting the resort, otherwise the staff was so friendly, food was awesome. Definitely going back. Thank you outrigger, shout out to the resort supervisor. Thank you for looking after us discounting us.
