VOMO Island is an incredible resort which is wonderful in every way. It is beautiful to look at with white sandy beaches, crystal clear water and amazing snorkeling. It also has world class dining options and warm customer service (although sometimes things happen on island time). The kids club and nannies are also fabulous with great activities. We can’t wait to go back!

Simply amazing ... Our family had an amazing time. The island is a paradise, lots of privacy, the food was outstanding and the best part is the VOMO Team that truly makes you feel like family. We greatly enjoyed going fishing, snorkeling, diving and just hanging out. Highly recommend VOMO and look forward to going back in the future.

Vomo was the most fantastic place to unwind & relax. We chose Vomo for our honeymoon and it lived up to all our expectations and more. Much of the time you could be forgiven to think you had the island to yourself. With early morning yoga with the sun rising over the yoga deck at the eastern most end of the island to lazy poolside cocktails at the end of the day whilst enjoying the most beautiful sunsets over the water, Vomo was the idyllic island paradise.

Vomo Island is a slice of paradise on earth! The resort is well laid out in a manner that you hardly realise there is anyone else there until meal times! It is very pretty with lovely landscaping. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to be of assistance, or just friendly. There are a few walks if you feel like being active but they are not that long. It is actually the perfect place to rest and relax. The rooms were lovely, large with a large deck, good sized lounge area, walk in wardrobe area and huge bathrooms. In fact the only very minor issue I had was in the bathroom - polished tiles and water are not a good combination! The shower head sprays water out into the main bathroom a bit and things got a bit slippery at one stage. The restaurant was great, good breakfast choices, 2 restaurants for lunch and lovely dinners. The Adults Only end of the island was really nicely done and a pleasure to head to!

Beautiful place, comfortable accommodation right on the beach. Lots of stars at night. They will help arrange the transfer for you (we spent the last night in Denarau just in case of weather issues to not miss the morning flight - there’s a scheduled ferry back in the afternoons). Takes almost 2hrs to walk around the island at low tide. All inclusive gourmet food a la carte will spoil you. They will do a Fiji night and staff is very dedicated to sharing their culture. They will take you snorkelling every day with a guide - the coral is unbleached and quite high up. You can kayak over to the smaller island. Proper yoga in the morning was included. There is also a small gym. This type of accommodation will be at around this price level - so them providing quite many activities definitely makes Vomo value for money. It came recommended by different people in my network who stayed here a number of times and we were happy to have chosen it for our Fiji adventure. And the photos is what it looks like. Very blue on blue. You won’t be bored. PS. Villas between the pool and Ocean Play are best positioned.

Highly recommend a stay at Vomo. The check in process was great, though I was disappointed with the room that I was initially given (no ocean view). My room was changed when I informed front desk staff that I had expected an ocean view when I made the booking. For anyone else thinking of booking a Hillside Villa, book Villa 28, 29 or 30 if a good view is important to you. Villa 27 has good views but is right next to the generator, which runs 24/7 and is pretty loud. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my 5 night stay was blissful. The food is included in the tariff and was great, the staff are personable, super helpful and great at making you feel welcome (especially important to me because I was travelling solo). The best bit though was the great snorkeling just off the beach. Crystal clear waters and plenty of marine life. Daily guided snorkeling trips are also included in the tariff and these were awesome. I also enjoyed a spa treatment or two every day and found these to be of really good quality as well. I will definitely be going back. One thing to note is that there are no TVs in the rooms. This didn't matter much because I was usually out for dinner and had a good book with me.

Beachfront Bure was absolute paradise. Food was incredible with amazing variety. The whole island is gorgeous with beautiful beaches, easy snorkelling, decent hill to climb for a wonderful view. Most outstanding feature of Vomo though, is its staff. So welcoming, genuine & fun. Will definitely be back again.

The staff at the restaurant are just fine but the team at Ocean Play are very welcoming and friendly. So many choices of activities, you can even play golf at the resort.

This resort was absolutely AMAZING! we loved every second of it. It's absolutely gorgeous! the room was perfect, clean and beautiful. The food was exceptionally good. the staff was so friendly and they make you feel at home, they quickly learn your name, and are so attentive. we were worried about the fact that it's not an adults only resort, and if we would be bothered by the kids, but we weren't at all. The staff takes care of the kids the whole time, and you don't even hear them. There is enough beach space for everyone, so you feel like you're the only ones at the beach. All the water sports are complimentary, including snorkeling, which you can go every day if you want, so that was a plus! I'm not a good swimmer, so Zack one of the snorkeling guides, let me hold on to him the whole time, so I wouldn't be scared, which was so nice! the beach itself was very pretty too, water was clear and clean. If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the sand isn't that soft powder sand that you find in the Caribbean, there is a lot of coral everywhere so you have to be careful where you step in the water (bring water shoes) the sand is kind of rough with coral and shell pieces. But overall it's absolutely stunning, and I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic time at Vomo, though we arrived later in the day and only stayed 2 nights the staff were more than willing to help us arrange for activities to fit our schedule. Friendly staff and good food

Paradise on earth! From the second we got off the helicopter, the fun began. Staff are super friendly, facilities awesome and every day brings new surprises. Our every need was met and our daughter was spoilt rotten from the staff who learnt her name on arrival and made her feel so special. Meals delicious, environment beautiful and the program is varied and relaxed. Perfect balance of luxury, relaxation and fun. Would recommend vomo to anyone in need of a getaway
