房間尚算清潔，但整體設施較舊。此外雖然鄰近市區，但出入都要靠住宿的專車(收費)或的士才可到市區。

Fortunately, we saw Nordic light the second day on the lake in front of the hotel. The Nordic light was very clear and fantastic. There are sun block curtains at every windows but only half transparent curtain at the door in living room which made us felt a bit lack of privacy. Apart from this small issue, we have a great holiday in the hotel. We love the sauna, bedroom, washroom, kitchen and the 10% discount given by the hotel for reservation of local tours. It is also very quiet and easy to check-in and check-out.

当初看到是四星级，心中很高兴。谁知13点去，有位服务员说要16点后才能入住。17点去，找遍都没有服务员！最后请一位住客帮忙打电话，来了一位服务员，才算是解决了入住问题！不要与国内的四星比，服务连二星都没有！

This is my first time to rate 5 star hotel and it deserves it. Before you check in you should ask the hotel which room you are because there is no check in counter in hotel. The room is cozy with kitchen, backyard, BBQ facilities. That is amazing to BBQ while the temperature is -18. Again you should have your own car because the hotel is quite remote and no restaurant here.

This is a beuitiful little chalet. Tahir was great and even took me to the supermarket to get some shopping. The place itself is nice with a pull out bed and double bed with sauna. If you need anything the host Tahir was around with in mintues to help out. It is about a 10 minute drinve in a taxi to the centre and 6 minutes to the ski slopes. Winterland park is around 12minutes. Santa villige under 10 minutes. I didnt have car so we got an uber, the most expensive was winterland park being £25 then to town and slopes it was £11. The local taxi is proberly abit cheaper. This is a great place to stay and safe off the road for the children to play out the front in the snow. Highly recommend

Arctic Delight was a delight! The location was great - close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The river and the snow were lovely. The premises and the apartment were spotless. The accommodations very comfortable. The host was great - he was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I stayed with my child and we were both very happy with the accommodations.

We loved our stay here! It was close enough to town but was tucked away enough in the woods to feel extra cozy. We loved all the space in the room itself and all the amenities it had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

The property was very comfortable, clean and with everything we need. The hosts were super friendly and kind, easy to communicate. They offered us car rides to move around and suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience!

Le bungalow est proche du lac gelé. C'est magnifique. Le logement est propre et bien equipé

Perfect property for our needs. We rented a car and only 10 mins drive from Santa Claus village and Santa park along with the centre of town. Clean excellent communications from the owner. The owner left 2 sleds for our kids to play with. Next to a frozen river which provided perfect views of northern lights. Would definitely stay again. Family of 4.
