The cute appartments were perfect for a week. Conveniently by 2 grocery stores and kitchen had the necessity. luggage room was definitely a nice touch. Overall very happy and would happily stay again

The check in is easy and the room was nice and clean. However, the air conditionin/heating didn’t work properly. It couldn’t be adjusted, and the room was hot with the fan running loudly at the full speed.

The room itself was amazing - clean, well prepared, quiet, and in a great location. Local market is one block away, and multiple city landmarks and sights are within a 10 minute walk. Tram stop is right in front of the building door. If there's one small flaw, it's the virtual check-in. This proved to be an issue when I showed up with no cell service and no wifi - make sure to screenshot your building entry codes and apartment number before arriving if you are not going to have cellular data available. Otherwise, Bob W was an incredible hotel experience. The room felt very spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and restful stay. Highly recommended - the Katajanokka island is a great place to stay in Helsinki.

The apartment was so clean and warm. Evetything we needed was ready for us. The beds were comfortable, we felt at home.

Amazing apartment, access to every things, memorable trip

Location was at the quiet end of town but still very walkable. Room was lovely, only issue was the bed in the glass cage was so close to the wall, very difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get out

Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy.

Excellent stay, clean room, comfort features were well thought about, spacious and cozy room. Loved the glass room for the bed.

Huoneisto itsessään todella mukava ja käytännöllinen sekä loistava sijainti Helsingin sydämessä. Ratikat kulkee lähes oven edestä. Siisteydestä joudun antamaan miinusta koska kerrossängyn alustaa ei oltu kyllä hetkeen imuroitu niin paljon pölyä siellä oli. Lisäksi ilmastointi lähti toimimaan vasta lähtöpäivän aamuna joten ilma oli aika tunkkainen ja ikkunoita joutui pitämään auki suihkun jälkeen tai ruoan laiton yhteydessä. Myös suihkun letku vuoti hieman. Näistä puutteista oltiin yhteydessä ja varmasti asiat korjaantuu mutta vähän jäi harmittamaan kuitenkin.

A fantastic spot to stay with the tram right outside the front door. Huge room with cook facilities. Great communication with hotel management. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent place to stay for a first visit to Helsinki. The accommodation was very comfortable and easy access for sightseeing.

Amazing place to stay , very helpful staff , friendly and polite , loved everything there , they made us feel like home , will definitely be back , Only one thing I didn’t like which was that I’ve been told through WhatsApp there will be no cleaning during my 5 days stay !! ) they said they clean only once if I stay 7 days or more ) !!! BUT the beautiful lady ( Angela ) at reception sort me out and asked the housekeepers to do some cleaning in my room and gave me fresh towels , Thanks for everything :)

The room itself was great, the kitchen really added value and the place looked nice and modern. What really disappointed us, though, was how our issue with the tv (not functioning properly) was not fixed, even though we were reassured that someone would come take a look at it asap. 2.5 hours after reporting the issue it was waiting to be resolved, and when we asked again about it, the reply was that there was no-one around on site anymore and the issue could not be resolved. The inability to deliver on promises and the lack of communication on the progress of the issue resolution was unacceptable for us.

This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect , the inclusions were amazing, they have thought of everything. Our room had an amazing sauna too. Restaurant and supermarket in the building was a huge plus. Viking ferry to Tallin a few minutes walk away, tram stop to everywhere was out the front.. Would give it more stars if I could

This is a great place to stay. It is spacious and has all the amenities in the room. The place is located at the doorstep of the tram step, super convenient to navigate around. The 24 hour supermarket located downstairs is a must in the snowy weather, so you don’t even need to get changed to get simple groceries. The food choices are great too. We’ve used breakfast cafe next door, pizza shop downstairs and sushi shop downstairs, all fantastic. Great stay, highly recommended.

This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! They also provided a converter for one plug and a camera that can be used to take pictures. The only challenge we had was the height differences in the doorways. It wasn’t significant but with our medical issues, It did make it a bit challenging to get our baggage through at times. However, it is definitely a place I’d book again! There’s also a cathedral up the street that looks beautiful at night along with the Ferris wheel that isn’t far from the cathedral.

This luxury duplex apartment was exactly as described on the website and a great choice for a stay as it was in a great location with Tram 4 stop outside main entrance so it was quick & easy to get into the centre. Apartment was well supplied with equipment & cleaning materials and had all the comforts of home as well as a few ectra thoughtful touches. There was a 24hr supermarket in the building as well as a cozy pub so it was so convenient to have these on the first night when arriving late afternoon. Bob W was very quick to respond to our queries and was very friendly and approachable. Based on this stay would definitely recommend and stay with the brand again. Thank you!
