Crowne Plaza HELSINKI - HESPERIA, an IHG Hotel

毕竟是国际连锁酒店自用一套标准，没有惊喜但也放心。前台服务态度也不错，酒店位置也离各种主要景点均交通方便。在北欧如此性价比已属很好。

credit card works everywhere，but here. Deposite 300 euro and front desk promise can pay with local currency later but when i check put told me charged. The exchane rate like 5-6% worse than market. Not sure if they will refund the loss. Many tourist group，long queue.

Perfect! Quiet and convenient location from the very centre of the city (but yet still within walking distance to the City Centre). A tram stop nearby the Hotel also, i.e. No. 4 and No. 10, which can lead you to the National Museum, Finlandia Hall, Central Train Station (where you can go to other Helsinki regional areas (via commuter trains) and beyond to other cities (via the inter-city VR), City Centre, Shopping Malls... Senate Square (Helsinki Cathedral) and also Market Square... Hotel room is spacious and well equipped. Excellent breakfast as well!

Kansainvälisen tason hotelli. Club-huonekorotus oli erittäinen iloinen yllätys.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. The lobby has lots of seating, the restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were quality. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well as a mini fridge, bottled water and tea/coffee making supplies. The bathroom was very large and the shower may have been one of the best I’ve ever had!

Huoneessa jalkalistojen päällä ja muissa vähemmän huomiota saavissa paikoissa pölyä. Huoneessa oli pyyhkeet vain yhdelle hengelle. Kerrossiistijältä pyydettäessä saatiin toiset. Huoneessa ehkä hivenen liian lämmin. Muuten kaikki ok.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza, which was a bolt on to the end of a wider Finland trip, and spent a few days in Helsinki. Hotel was great - nice spacious rooms (for family of 3) and really good gym/pool facilities which we utilised. Staff friendly and help and we had breakfast there, which again, was a really good selection from cold meats and cereals, through to hot buffet. We looked ahead via Hotels.com which ended up a lot cheaper than buying on arrival. We have toyed with the location prior to the visit ie do we go for the Radisson by the station or here - in reality, it was a 15min walk from the main training station but once we found the tram maps etc, it was a 2 min walk in either direction (plus is also similar walk to metro station) and when having a day public transport pass, the location was super central and convenient. Same with the airport, as we had a day pass, it meant we could tram to the station, and then pick up the I or P train straight to airport, all on the same pass. It's right next to the park, so was able to enjoy a lovely run around the lake & olympic stadium, and is clearly marked out for runners/walkers too. Little tip would be to sign up for the IHG prior to arrival, and I had it historically from work, but it just enabled some benefits like early check-in which was really useful for us. We definitely recommend the hotel to other families or couples looking for a stay in Helsinki.

Very comfortable hotel with good restaurant and very pleasant and spacious reception area. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and roomy. Only shortcoming was that there were no drawers. Hotel is on the main Mannerheim Avenue with 3 tram routes running to city centre. Or it is half an hour level walk to city centre. Some attractions such as the Rock Church are within walking distance. Lovely wooded park and lake across the road. Good buffet breakfast with ample choices.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen konsertteja yms. ajatellen

Huone oli iso ja siisti. Sänkyyn mahtui hyvin nukkumaan ja oli tilaa nukkua äksänä 😊 Mitään ääniä ei kuulunut käytävästä tai muista huoneista. Aamupala oli maittava.
